We understand that music from nearby restaurants can be loud at times; while this is out of our control, we do our best to let guests know that this home is centrally located in Seagrove, close to dining and entertainment, which can be busier than some of our other properties tucked away in quieter neighborhoods. Regarding beach items, we do have extras available in the home, and had we known you needed more or new items, we would have been happy to bring them over immediately. For the back storm doors, there is a small tip to ensure they close properly, and we would never hesitate to assist a guest to make sure everything works seamlessly. We even double checked to make sure they close and lock and those doors work as intended. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we’re glad our team was able to respond during your stay!
