Bay Tree Condos A3 - a Port Aransas treasure! Adorable studio condo that has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. This unit is located on the second floor, with no elevator access. Laminate wood floors, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the Bay Tree courtyard! The common areas alone are excellent, large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
