Have fun with the whole family at this house which is located in the country but only minutes from downtown Ithaca. Have the comfort of the country but the amenities of being close to a city. You can have everything from bb-q’s, campfires, and relax in the jetted bathtub.

Enjoy your stay at our newly renovated house. Our place is in a peaceful, quiet setting located 10 miles from Ithaca, NY, Cornell University and Ithaca College. We are 15 minutes to Cayuga Lake & 30 miles to the Cayuga Wine trail. Watkins Glen, located 22 miles away, has Watkins Glen International Speedway, Watkins Glen State Park with breathtaking views of natural waterfalls and located along Seneca Lake are multiple wineries. If you explore Cayuga lake and Seneca lake you will find many hiking trails, gorges, state parks, even places to rent kayaks and paddle boards. We only accept 3 day bookings on certain holidays or selected weekends. These include: Easter, Ithaca College Graduation, Cornell College Graduation, Memorial Weekend, Forth of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

House was perfect for our group of 5. It conveniently located to Ithaca college and downtown Ithaca. Host was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Wish we had known about this house sooner.

Amazing location

If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is a good place, very close to the finger lakes area. Communication by the host was top notch.

Check.-in couldn't be easier. Kitchen has everything you need. I was very happy to see there was an air fryer. This is our 2nd year here and am looking forward to next year's stay. Very comfortable home away from home.

Lovely, secluded property and great hosts!

The location is excellent - a quiet, lovely spot that feels secluded and private, but just a short drive to downtown. The house was very comfortable - good amenities, clean, comfortable beds, nice and cool. We did have a piece of furniture break while we were there, but the host came right away to give it a temporary fix so we could still use it for the weekend, and said they would get it replaced after. The host was very communicative, check in/out was very seamless. We had a great stay!

This is a nice place as shown in the photographs. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with planning and checking in. And they were very generous about leaving things that we may need during our stay.

The upstairs layout is a tiny bit funky. (Watch out for the TV screen in the 2nd double-bed bedroom.) A/C held its own despite hot weather.Really nice house and location to stay outside Ithaca but still be close to state parks and other attractions. 5 stars for cleanliness and first floor living space.The hostess was very accessible to answer our questions.Thanks very much!

Great Place

This is a great place to stay. We were comfortable with 4 adults and 3 kids. There were a couple of issues, but the owners responded back quickly and remedied the situation. It is also about an hour from Watkins Glen, Ithaca and Corning, so we were always out and about. Overall, It was a great place to stay and we will be returning next time we visit the Finger Lakes.

Cozy and compact comfort

Excellent location and friendly host. Only issue we had was that we did not realize there were no laundry facilities on the property, something we did not check for when booking. Otherwise, it was a lovely place.

Race weekend

We came as a group of 6 to cheer on and crew for our friend running the Cayuga 50. This house was close to the race site and perfect for our group of 6. Showers were awesome and the extra treats they left were a nice touch

Quiet Location Near Ithaca

Both our families had a wonderful stay. The boys (ages 10-8) even had a fun time exploring the surrounding farms on foot. The house is close to Ithaca where you have access to Trader Joe's, Wegman's, Walmart, restaurants. The kitchen had all the equipments needed to make a simple meal. The beds were comfortable, and the bunk beds were a hit with the boys. Overall, we would recommend this property and would love to stay here again when we come back to the Finger Lakes.

Perfect family house

We stayed at this lovely home which was a mile from our son's wedding venue The Stratton Creek Inn which Im giving a shout out to as well. It worked out perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law with their 3 small children as a home base for naps and baths and bedtime. One bedroom has two large bunk beds which was perfect for a family and the garden tub with the tv was by far my grandsons favorite part of the entire wedding weekend. Its a quiet rural setting which is what we are used to and appreciate. I would highly recommend this home for any stay close to the Ithaca area.
