We chose this neighborhood because it truly offers the best of both worlds—natural beauty and vibrant energy. Located along the iconic Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, this area has a rich history dating back to the 1920s. Originally envisioned by Hollywood’s founder, Joseph Young, as part of his dream to create a premier South Florida resort town, the Broadwalk began as a wooden boardwalk and later evolved into the now-famous pink cement path, inspired by Atlantic City.

Today, the Broadwalk stretches 2.5 miles along the ocean and offers a lively, family-friendly atmosphere with no vehicle traffic between the beach, shops, and restaurants—making it safe, walkable, and incredibly charming. The neighborhood blends old Florida character with a fresh, welcoming vibe that attracts visitors of all ages and backgrounds.

Just across the main road, you’ll find a variety of upscale restaurants along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. And getting around is a breeze thanks to the Hollywood Circuit, a convenient, app-based golf cart shuttle service that feels like Uber, but beach-style.
