Regarding your experience with the ants, we take pest control very seriously and regret that maintenance did not follow through as promised. We will address this with our team to ensure such situations are handled more promptly in the future. As for the closet space in the master suite and the lack of AC in the downstairs bathroom, we understand how these might have impacted your stay, and we’ll consider these points for future improvements.
