Vickery Cottage - Charming, Cozy, & Comfy

Welcome to Vickery Cottage! Kick back and relax in this guesthouse, which is a charming, stylish space with a vintage vibe. Your reservation includes a cottage with spacious living, approximately 850 sq ft. There is a porch in front of it with a small bistro set and small yard. It features one Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, another Queen size pull-down, murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen features a full fridge, dishwasher, restaurant quality inductive range top with hood and there is an air fry/toaster oven too. An added feature is a full side by side washer & dryer. Huge bathroom space with large walk-in shower. Option: BBQ & eat on patio.

We are a quiet community in Summit, WA. Our property is a one-acre parcel with a pole barn; we share, your space is the Cottage, designated parking, and small front yard. We love our space and for the most part, a calm place. We do not allow events, parties, smoking, (vaping or drugs of any kind), and no pets. I do the cleaning, and I am very allergic to pet dander. Once in a while you will hear traffic but because we are in a rural area - just bullfrogs in the summertime. Our guests love our location because it is quiet yet close to grocery store, etc.

Don't worry about privacy because our house is only attached from our laundry room to laundry area on both sides. Vickery Cottage is very well insulated too for sound and heating/cooling.
We hv two outside cameras, one on the porch of the cottage and one on the pole-barn looking at the parking spaces. The homeowner also has a window camera looking in their yard.
