We also supply sugar and dairy creamer. Please note that the creamer may be either powdered or in single serve liquid form. Should you have a specific preference, you may wish to bring your own coffee and creamer.

*Queen Size Bedroom Downstairs*
Step into the queen size bedroom downstairs where the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland comes to life! This room is fit for a queen with a queen sized bed and a large TV with Roku for your entertainment. Cozy blanket included.

This bathroom with a full shower includes grab bars near the toilet and in the shower. There is a shower chair available for your use, as well.

*Upstairs Loft*
Upstairs, you'll find the Toontown Theater, a fantastic retreat with plenty of room to relax on the couch and enjoy some downtime. A microwave is also available, making it convenient for late-night movie snacks or quick bites.

- Princess room with 2 twin beds
- Mickey Mouse room with a bunk bed containing a trundle bed at the bottom. Both the top bunk and trundle are twin sized. Full size bed on bottom. Toys are found in the toy bins in this room.

Please note that we've prepared a starter pack of essential supplies, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more to make settling in effortless. Should you require additional items, kindly replenish them as needed.

The garage is outfitted for games and the arcade and is NOT to be opened.

All guests use grill, pool, hot tub, and baby equipment provided at their own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty at the pools. The owner, property manager, and HOA will not be held liable for guest use of these and other home amenities or other community amenities.

We have security cameras at the front entry, garage, and sides of the home. We have the utmost respect for the privacy of our guests. There are NO cameras inside the home or the pool area for your privacy.
