The host was very responsive to all questions we had during our stay. The House was as described, the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all 15 of us! The neighborhood was quiet and clean as well as the community pool and area! Location was close to parks and areas we were going to!

Awesome stay!

Great house, great location, great weather. Couldn’t ask for more in a vacation. Oasis club was awesome and close to parks. We will definitely be back.

Best stay ever.

My whole entire family went we where a group of 21 people the house was very spacious beds were incredibly comfortable my whole entire family enjoyed our stay. Steve was very fast to respond on any questions we had or concerns would definitely rebook again when we do our next family vacation.

Stephanie was the ideal guest and would recommend her to any host. She was great in communicating and provided us everything we needed to finalize her booking well in advance for a smooth arrival and stay. She took care of our home left it in great condition. Love this place.

My stay was great. The accommodation fitted my entire family perfectly. I had a few minor issues that was fixed in record time. The host was very hospitable and appear to really care about your stay being pleasant I would definitely stay her again.

have been to this resort twice and I love it. The house is super clean, very comfortable, a lot of space, the communication was very good with the manager. always attentive to everything

This property and its management are amazing, and our stay was hugely enjoyed by everyone of all ages!

Recommend this Property 1000%. You will definitely not be disappointed. Phenomenal amenities, and facilities at both Villa and Clubhouse. Amazing customer service. Awesome working with Steve and Erin. Nothing but positive things to say about this property, the management and our stay. We would definitely return.

Perfect vacation home for our memorable vacation!

This is the second time we have rented this beautiful home for our family vacation and once again it did not disappoint. This home was perfect for our family of 17. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the newly added outdoor movie screen. This home was very clean and well equipped. No problem at all for our 4 families to sleep and move around. Beds were very comfy. Our hosts Erin and Steve are a pleasure to work with. Any problems are quickly addressed and resolved. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the clubhouse. We will definitely rent this property again!

Everything was as expected

House was in a great location to grocery and shopping. Everything was in working order, we had a few minor issues that we were in comms with the owners about and fixed up right away. Nothing major at all, but all was corrected. We will be in contact with owners again next time we are looking for a house in the area. Communication was second to none. Recommended..

Property management

Everything was perfect except issues with the pool/spa. The owner was very fast with responding and trying to get the issue resolved before the end of our stay. The property managent should've been more proactive in resolving the issue. The owner request 2-3 technicians to come out before the last one came and did so on our last day of stay. Steve was very nice and accommodating. Any questions or concerns he always responded immediately. Thank you for everything Steve!!

Amazing!!!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Rolling Skies Vacation. The home was as it was listed. It was clean and their was plenty of space for a family of 27. The kids and teenagers enjoyed the pool and game room. After visiting the parks we came back to the covered lani and relaxed. If you need groceries, spirits, clothing everything is near the home. There were a couple small issues and I mean small as they did not have any negative impact on our visit due to Steve, he was wonderful, very responsive in answering any questions and taking care of any issues. I work in customer service and we receive great service from Steve from day one from the booking to the last day. I would recommend booking this home as you will be in great hands and will definitely appreciate the customer service you receive. Steve, thanks for making our vacation stay at your home so amazing, we will definitely book our next trip with you.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 6 out of 5 Stars!

The owners communication was absolutely AMAZING! Steve is THE ONLY person I'm going to contact my next rental need in this area. We had a total of 11 people stay, including 3 children (6,10 &10) The area is BUILT UP and traffic is terrible. But once you are in the community, it's quiet and the house is fabulous. When we saw how close the neighbors were, we panicked, but most of the stay we had no one near us and the time we did they were respectful as were we. The community pool, lazy river, tiki huts were all very nice and within walking distance. Again, I cannot thank Steve, the owner enough for his wonderful communication and helpfulness! MUCH APPRECIATED! THANK YOU STEVE!

Noreen was absolutely the perfect guest for all the reasons any host prays about when renting a vacation home to a new guest. 1) Very responsive and clear with needs during here stay - affirmed proper expectations of the pool heat performance in winter, proximity to points of interest, and the best way to connect before, during, and even after her stay. 2) Always very respectful and articulate when requesting anything. Helped me do my job better as a host and impeccably responsive 3) Very considerate to point out things that needed some attention (like worn out pots/pans) and even invested her own dollars to get new ones without expecting anything in return. I could go on and on for how much at peace I was knowing she was taking care of our place as if it were her own. What a joy and again, an IDEAL guest who is welcome back ANYTIME! Bottom line, you should thank your lucky starsto have Noreeen book your place.
