Built in 1870, this spacious home combines classic charm with modern comfort. Inside, you'll find plenty of space for friends and family to gather. The bright kitchen features white cabinetry, stone countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals together. After a visit to the farmers market or a tasting next door, bring home local produce and a bottle of Fox Run wine to enjoy around the custom-built redwood dining table — handcrafted from one of the winery's retired wine barrels.

Two comfortable sitting rooms on the main floor provide space to unwind. Curl up with a book and a glass of wine in the sunlit front room or convert the second sitting area into a cozy sleeping space using the queen sleeper sofa. A tall pocket door allows for complete privacy at night.

Each of the five bedrooms has its own personality and a touch of Fox Run charm. The Red Fox Room is on the main floor, while the White, Green, Pink, and Blue Fox Rooms are upstairs. The Green and White Fox Rooms both feature plush king beds and TVs, and the White Fox Room includes a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Whether your view overlooks the vineyards or Seneca Lake, every room promises a peaceful night's sleep.

Outside, the brick patio overlooks rows of vines and offers plenty of seating for everyone to relax. Enjoy breakfast surrounded by the vineyards, or light the fire pit in the evening for s'mores and sunsets over Seneca Lake.

The Vineyard House is just a 10-minute drive to both Geneva and Penn Yan, where you'll find great local dining, shopping, and attractions. You can also explore nearby wineries, breweries, and farm markets — or simply enjoy being surrounded by the beauty of the Finger Lakes.

Note: The Vineyard House at Fox Run Vineyards is on-site of a working vineyard and winery. Guests are asked to please refrain from walking in the vineyards, and from eating grapes off the vines at any time during their stay.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.
