This 16 ft spectacular cathedral ceiling home, with 3 bedrooms/2 baths with panoramic mountain views is the perfect winter wonderland home. Cuddle up with a mug of hot chocolate next to the warm, crackling wood burning fire place. Watch the mountains get covered with snow. Play your favorite music on the sound bar.Relax and take a deep breath in the serenity of the breathtaking mountain views, perfect for meditation and relaxation of mind and spirit. Many who stay here mention the peaceful aura of the house.

Hendersonville offers an array of things to see and do all year long. Take a stroll to a local apple orchard or a short drive to charming Chimney Rock Village or beautiful Lake Lure. You'll also be about 20 miles from famous Asheville, where some of the best restaurants are located, including Chai Pani - the best restaurant in America in 2022! There are hiking and biking trails, scenic overlooks and mountain waterfalls, a thriving downtown of shops, boutiques, galleries, museums and dozens of excellent restaurants. Relax at a mountain top winery, visit one of the nation’s largest craft breweries or follow a craft trail. Even on a rainy day, there’s always something fun to do.

Perfect for a cozy dinner by the fireplace or spend Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any holiday with the family. Immaculate kitchen is very well stocked for cooking a gourmet meal or baking cookies. All new modern kitchen appliances. Help yourself to the complimentary full coffee bar, snacks and "to go" cups and lids included! Kitchen bar accommodates three. Large family grill is also available for your use. Propane tanks in the garage. Grill can be used outside in front of the garage with quick access to the deck or back inside the house. Gas fire pit is on the deck available for your use for those cool nights.

Sunroom is a relaxing way to start your day. Eat your breakfast and drink your coffee or tea sitting on the sofa or on the bistro table. Open the windows in the sunroom for a natural breeze and morning light. During sunset, the sunroom is the perfect place to be and is also equipped with string lights. The home has a circular driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars with one in the garage. Central air and heat can be easily changed as desired. An extra fan and heater are also available. Sound bar has a remote in the living room and there are bluetooth speakers in the master bedroom. Smart tv's in all rooms to log in to your personal streaming apps. A queen air mattress that inflates in minutes is available for guest use.

The house is 15 minutes to Pardee and Advent Health hospitals in Hendersonville and 35 minutes to Mission hospital in Asheville.

Two dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals allowed without specific host approval. There is a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog, 2 dogs max.
