Welcome to Phoenix X 408, a beautifully decorated 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo with a bonus bunk alcove, offering 800 sq. ft. of bright, coastal comfort. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this relaxing retreat is the ideal destination for couples or small families seeking a peaceful Orange Beach escape.

From the moment you arrive, you'll feel at ease in the cheerful, thoughtfully furnished living space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fill the condo with natural light and lead to your private balcony—where you can unwind while taking in stunning views of the Gulf.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks when you're not enjoying nearby restaurants. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens conveniently to the hallway. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Kids will love the cozy bunk alcove—perfect for their own fun hideaway.

The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the iconic Flora-Bama, known for live music, cold drinks, and non-stop beachfront entertainment. Across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, and even a liquor store—allowing you to enjoy a full vacation without ever needing to drive.

As a guest of Phoenix X, you'll also enjoy access to exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, kiddie splash pad, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, wallyball court, basketball goal, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sand.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beach view from the balcony was beautiful and made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. This was a very nice, clean, and up to date condo, with a perfect view of the ocean, and directly above the pool area, so we could watch our preteen children right from our balcony while enjoying the pool. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone needing a 1bdr that can sleep up to 6 ppl.

Nicely decorated and well stocked with dishes (did not cook so can’t say about the cookware. The washer and dryer are a nice perk. The living room was comfy and cozy and the view was just as advertised. I did like that the patio on this unit wasn’t flat but had two sides to offer more of a view of the Gulf. I also loved how close the condo was to Flora Bama. I was mistaken to think that a VRBO comes with hospitality. I was disappointed that only one garbage bag was supplied and that we didn’t know until checkout that garbage had to be put down a chute in SMALL bags. Scrambling the morning of checkout to find target bags we could move the nasty garbage from the one LARGE bag into smaller bags to take out the garbage was not fun. Also disappointed at the lack of hospitality. No hand soap other than a wafer thin tiny bar. One dishwashing pod and a tiny bottle of dish soap are provided, even smaller than the typical small bottle. One small roll of scratchy toilet paper was disappointing. No one wants to fly to a destination for 4 days and have to buy 25 worth of dish soap, hand soap and toilet paper that will have to be thrown away after 4 days of use. Also interesting they have a store that sells exactly what the rooms are missing. The bedroom was cute but the mattress lacked any support. We loved Orange Beach overall and will for sure come back but most likely won’t stay at Phoenix 10.

We do want to clarify for future guests that, as stated in our listing description, rental agreement, and check-in instructions, our housekeeping company provides a starter set of essential supplies rather than enough for the entire stay. This includes one round of bath soap and toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags in the kitchen. Guests are advised to bring or purchase any additional supplies they may need for the remainder of their stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the mattress and will share that feedback with the property owner. Great trip

The property and the condo were great, we couldn’t have a better place or time while we were at the beach.
