This condo has a setting that's both serene and convenient, with outdoor adventures in every direction. Wander the Otter Falls trail system (one mile), spend a day at Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Zipline (two miles), ski Sugar Mountain (six miles) and Beech Mountain (14 miles), visit Grandfather Mountain State Park (eight miles), or take a ride on the Tweetsie Railroad (14 miles). Appalachian State University and the towns of Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock are all within 12 miles as well.

With its lofty ceilings and large windows, this condo is a joy to return to each afternoon. On summer days, step out onto the covered balcony to take in the commanding view.
