Its comfortable setting offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & plenty of space to spread out & relax whether that be by the fireplace or in the fully hedged yard. Enjoy cooking in the newly renovated kitchen & dine al fresco on the deck! We promise you won't want to leave!

This bungalow offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom is spacious and features a large king bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. And the third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle and can be used as a dedicated work space for your work from home needs. The living room offers ample seating and a beautiful natural light. The kitchen is spacious and newly renovated with brand new appliances and all the items for your cooking needs. The dining room flows from the kitchen and seats 6 guests. French doors from the dining room open to a deck area with outdoor seating and lounge furniture. Doors all around the home open to the spacious fully hedged grassy yard - making this house a true gem!

As a guest you have access to the entire home, yard and driveway.

The bungalow is located in the Montecito Beach Community. The surrounding beaches are walking distance from the bungalow: Miramar Beach, Hammonds Beach, Butterfly Beach. Coast Village Road is also a short 5 minute walk from the Bungalow and is filled with restaurants, shops, and cafes. Upper Village Montecito, local trails for hiking, and Santa Barbara are a quick 5-10 minute drive away.

This neighborhood is ideal for walking and biking. The beach and Coast Village Road are a short 5 minute walk from the Bungalow. Parking is easy - the neighborhood has plenty of off-street, free and unlimited parking should you need more than the 2 spots in the driveway.

Please note that the Montecito beach community is close to the freeway and the train runs through it. Please expect to hear freeway noise, as we are located close to the freeway.
