There is nothing like a tranquil getaway to Bradenton Beach to truly disconnect from daily life and forget about everything else. This ground-floor duplex is conveniently located only two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from the heart of Bradenton Beach, featuring many restaurants and fun attractions, including Bridge St, The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, Bridge Street Clock Tower, Anna Maria Pier, and Sea Rocket Gulf Coast Parasail.

The enclosed back patio features a sparkling heated outdoor pool that is shared with the other duplex. Along with the pool, you will find a poolside outdoor dining area, several loungers, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts - all of them shared with the duplex. As you enter, you will come across a sunny living area with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. When mealtime comes, prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go for your family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups and a coffee maker that will delight coffee enthusiasts in your group. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs - the primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath that can be accessed from the main living area as well.

We had people from a house across the alley come swim in our pool. They said they were told our pool was also shared with that rental. The description said it was shared, but I assumed that meant with the people staying upstairs, not from across the street. The AC (window units) in the living room has mold in it. Every time I walked in the door I was hit in the face with the smell. The toilet did not flush, it was fixed asap by the property handyman. The location is great. The beach is beautiful. There is a free trolley up and down the main street. Restaurants are superb! We will definitely be going back to Bradenton, but will probably stay in a different house. The smell from the AC unit was nearly unbearable.

Great weekend spot. It was nice having the pool and super easy access to the beach. The upstairs neighbors were loud but didn’t bother us too much. The unit was stocked moderately well with basics. Really would have liked some rugs on the floor because the tile got slippery with wet feet. Overall it was just what we needed.

Great value! Quiet, great location. It was clean. The pool being right there for kids was perfect and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. They had everything we needed for our family with 4 little boys.

Good stay

We had a great time here. Property was clean and had pool towels and ocean toys we could use. However we did not know that the pool right outside our door was shared with multiple other properties, so we had other strangers coming in and out of the back gate.

Bunglow on the beach had it all!

Great value for money. The apartment and pool were clean and well maintained. Not a luxury accommodation, but great value for what you pay for. Good location and short walk to beach. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was as advertised. The property was well maintained and clean. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The pool was well maintained and we basically had it to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is great, neighborhood is beautiful. House is surrounded by big beautiful homes. From the outside doesn’t look like much but inside is perfect for families. Everything was perfect and clean. Pool was too warm but that’s it!!

Great Property in a great location

The property was just as described. Everything was great. The only aspect is that there is another rental above and the people that stayed there must have been wearing clogs for shoes. Other than that it was great.

Nice!

Super nice place! I was disappointed that half the time we were there, they were doing work on the stairs and walkway outside. We didnt get much privacy when swimming and my toddler wasnt able to nap with the noise of the saws. Overall it was a good stay and would book again.

The property is good. It has a heated pool with saltwater that is a super plus! It is 3 short blocks from a great beach. It is clean with a full equipped kitchen and has grill. Great communication! I really like it. What was very disappointed was that in the internet it said one prize then expedia charged me a lot more.

Great location

Perfect location, close walk to the beach, clean and nicely furnished, good water pressure, on-site laundry was a major plus. Sound proofing from the upper unit could be better. Ceilings in this unit are low in rooms except the living room. The pool is listed as shared, but we didn’t realize that it is shared with another rental unit across the alley.

It was wonderful, and nearly perfect, for my adult daughters and myself. We were able to do all the things we love to do most on the island. Other than sharing the complex with multiple duplexes and the people who rented them, (which was a little awkward with random people coming and going into our enclosed area, laundry area, etc), a shared single appliance laundry room without a use schedule, and very little shade available in the pool area; it was an amazing little home on the island.

Well decorated and clean although lacking kitchen essentials

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy little place in AMI! However, just a few things everyone should know so no one is unprepared -no hair dryer, minimal kitchen essentials (ex: no wine opener, pasta strainer, sharp cutting knives, etc). We called their customer service line and they said these items are not normally provided. Also we shared a pool with not only the upstairs residents but also the condo residents across the street which felt a little awkward at times. Also be prepared if you are staying on the bottom floor you can hear everyone walking upstairs / thin walls.

Few flaws, but overall a great place to stay for small family.

We had a lovely stay at bungalow a. There was only a few minor things, all of which did not affect us enough to give this unit less than a 4 star rating. Ex: the pool was hot. Some sort of sun shades for the pool would help. The unit didn’t have a bathtub/ which we knew when we rented. So that’s not a flaw of the unit itself — but would be nice to have one with kids. The shower water temperature was scolding hot though even with it on the coldest so you had to be extra careful. The bathroom window, and the door to the patio really needs to have curtains. We used bath towels to cover them because you could see in at night. And better sound barrier in the ceiling would be nice since you can hear all the foot steps of the tenants in the unit above. Which we expected, with other reviews. And having a child ourselves we did not really mind it. There were plenty of sand toys but there was not actual beach chairs as advertised but we brought our own so thankfully that wasn’t an issue for us. But the owners should get some, or take it off the listing since other families are prepared. With all of that said, this unit is nice. And so close to the beach. And was perfect for us- two adults and one child. And would stay here again.

Great Location & Place to stay - Terrible property Management

The house itself was in generally the condition we expected based on the listing and understanding the fact that the island was hit hard by the hurricane last year however there were issues from the start.When we arrived, it seemed that the cleaning process had not been completed - in the secondary bedroom, the linens were balled up on the bed, unwashed and there was trash and sand on the kitchen counters. The way it was left, we couldn't tell if someone was coming back or if we had been double booked. We contacted the "host" via VRBO and Vacasa immediately and were told someone would be in touch. No one ever got back to us so we had to purchase our own cleaning supplies and do chores before we could start enjoying our vacation. Also - as described in the listing, there is a shared Laundry room. What is not disclosed in the listing is that the laundry room is directly attached to unit A. The door connecting the laundry room to the kitchen was secured only by an interior lock which could be unlocked with a thumb nail - given the fact we were traveling with our baby, we did not feel safe without a lock to that room, not knowing who else had access. We purchased and installed a deadbolt before feeling safe to have her sleep in the secondary bedroom. Additionally - the doorknob to the front entrance fell off every time you pulled the door shutthe door connecting the bathroom to the primary bedroom was so jammed shut, it could not be opened at all.

Very clean, comfortable beds. The outdoor pool area was amazing and had it to ourselves the whole time! Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Tenants above kept my husband awake but the rest of us were fine. Bathroom well stocked with soap/shampoo/conditioner. Wish there were some cooking basics such as salt/pepper/oil and coffee supplies. Laundry room has beach chairs/umbrellas and everything you need. We had a great stay!
