Nestled right on the beach, this lovely Coupeville home has plenty of charm and an abundance of spirit! Adorned with bright pops of color, tasteful artwork, and plush furnishings, every corner of this home has been curated for your comfort. The sun-filled living room features ample, soft seating, a large TV, and gleaming Penn Cove views. Break away and discover Coupeville's charming downtown area just minutes away or explore a variety of other local attractions including multiple parks ready to be explored.

The quirky full kitchen comes equipped with turquoise cabinetry, ample meal prep space, and an in-kitchen breakfast table. When you aren't eating tasty treats here, gather at the formal dining table or alfresco lakeside. Also off this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

The additional family room offers a serene spot to engage in your favorite board games or late-night chats. In each of the bedrooms, you'll find fun patterns, inviting color palettes, and high-quality linens. Crack the home's ample windows when additional airflow is needed, and during the cooler months, utilize the central furnace.

Outside, enjoy shared beach access for wades in the water, kayaking, sandcastle building, and mussel boat watching. Nuzzle up with your vacation read on the home's large deck and watch harbor seals frolic nearby, or gather around the firepit for shared s'mores and campfire stories.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect R&R Property

Located right on the water with incredible views from every room. Great place to relax and spend time with your family or friends. Our family of 3 had an awesome stay and would definitely come back. Easy access to Coupeville but still feels remote in the best ways possible.

Beautiful stay!

Overall, the place was very nice and comfortable. Good mattress in primary. Plenty of linens. The views were amazing!! We watched the seals every night. While all the surfaces and floors were clean, the place could use a deep clean (vents, lots of the silverware and cooking stuff were dirty).

Colorful Cottage

Colorful Cottage on Good Beach Lane was a perfect spot for me (82yr), daughter (40+), and granddaughter (11yr) to relax, get cozy on the couches, watch movies on the big screen TV, and sit on the porch and watch working boats of the shellfish company that had a boat launch nearby. The cottage was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We hope to return for another stay to again enjoy the serene scenery.

Great location, nice decor, my rating is a tad harsh due to lacking communication:- the description mentions that there's AC, but there's none. There's a heater thermostat.- I contacted the support twice, they answered almost instantly promising to contact me soon and resolve the AC issue. No one ever did follow up, so I basically wasted my time.- one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes, fortunately we didn't need it- the property was cleaned, but not thoroughly, if that is possible at all, there was a tennis ball left from a dog and dog's hair in some places. Not too bad, but if someone has an allergy it could be a problem (there's smell coming from the couch and rugs).

Beautiful Location

This property lived up to the photos and more! The house is amazingly designed, very comfortable with all the things you need to make the stay comfortable. The waterfront location can’t be beat. We sat out and watched the sea lions, fish and crabs in the water and the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. There’s lots to do on the island too if you can get yourself to leave 😊 Especially loved the fire pit, porch seating, easy tv setup and roomy kitchen. Hope to come back again one day!

Cozy, cute home in the perfect location.

We really loved our stay at this little house! The cove is so cute and the house was warm, clean, and cozy. The beach vibe was fun and the beds were comfortable. Our only regret was having to deal with Vacasa. We had a few issues and they were awful to deal with, but once we finally were out in touch with someone local, she resolved our issues (just took two days to finally be connected to someone local). This is a great home and location for a chill, relaxing trip and we had so much fun exploring the surrounding area.

Location, Location, Location!!!!!

This home sits right on the water in Penn cove. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and it seemed the area is protected, which decreased the wind. The home is well stocked in the kitchen and has plenty of sitting areas. Most important to me, the beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. Lastyly the home was very clean!!!!! We will be back!!!!

Girl's Getaway Hideout

This little getaway was perfect for the 4 of us! It's right on the water, lovely sunsets, all the amenities we could want- including a record player and some Beach Boys albums. The decor is amazing, bright and fun. We were also VERY impressed with the help we got from guest services when we couldn't understand the door locks and had a hiccup with the WiFi password. Every text we sent asking for help was IMMEDIATELY responded to.... What service! Thanks again, I would definitely book again.

Great beach getaway

We loved staying right off the cove in Coupeville. Good location close to Whidbey island attractions, and fun to go searching for clams, crabs and starfish during morning low tides. The kids loved it. A few ‘would have been better if’ comments…. There were no batteries in the milk frother displayed by the coffee maker, and the guest toilet ran the entire time. We had to turn off the water while we slept, and Vacasa wasn’t able to get repair to us during our stay. Lastly, the guest bath interior door handle fell off. Appeared to have been that way awhile. There’s a secondary entrance from the bedroom that we utilized from there. Overall though, it was nice to stay in a home where kids can be loud and we can do laundry and dishes each night. The kids enjoyed the beach so much that we would likely stay again if headed back to Whidbey. Enjoyed our first Vacasa property!

Shoreline Perfection

Stellar, picture perfect bayside home, with fantastic views from every room facing the bay, with glimpses of Mount Baker, with even a few harbor seals lazing in the waters right off shore. Every which way you turn inside is a picture worthy angle. Super decor was fun, elegant and comfy. Multiple seating areas all well planned with everything you might need and an amply stocked kitchen. And don't get me started about that awesome front (well actually back) deck, just feet from the bay where we watched the seals play and fish. Off to the side is the Penn Cove mussel nursery and they do offload crates for shipping all over the world. But it's a quiet and a fun thing just to watch. This may be the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at. Would absolutely stay again. Coupeville's cute downtown is just minutes away and we found a great little grocery, Prairie Center Red Apple Market that had lots of fresh fruit, local bread and everything this foodie family enjoys. Oh and if you can grab a pound of those delicious Penn Cove mussels from Tobey's like we did, or gather them from the bay you'll be treated to a rare treat. Truly a great place to make vacation memories.

We had such a wonderful stay! Upon our arrival we were immediately greeted by a seal and a heron on the pebble beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated and contains all the amenities you could hope for (washer/dryer, full kitchen, smart tv, and even a record player). We also loved the back porch and could easily stare at the sunrise & sunset views for hours. Would love to return here someday!

Right on the water

Quiet, private, and at high tide seals swim right next to the house. We also saw deer, herons, and kingfishers, all from close up. A beautiful setting, and convenient to town. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. Extra blankets, choice of coffee maker, hair dryers, washer and dryer. Very nice dishes and glassware and adequate cooking tools and pans. Thoughtful decorations and fabric choices. Didn't use the television, but the Wifi was excellent. Now the bad news. When the house was rehabbed, they never got around to the bathtub and showers. Shower heads need replacing, faucets are hard to turn off and on. Not a pleasant experience. Need more tub liners and bath mats for safety. Also: deadbolt locks don't line up with the latch, possible warping, you have to push and pull the door to get it in just the right position. Both these problems are fixable, but both have been mentioned in previous reviews and not corrected. Please, maintenance! It would be the difference between four and five stars.

Beautiful View

This house was great for a girls getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, accommodating and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck was stunning! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Good Beach House, Great Place to stay!

The location was wonderful, right on the beach. We watched seals, jumping fish & a Heron! The house was beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We would love to stay again!
