Absolutely Exceptional Stay — Even Better Than Advertised!Everything written about this home is true and more! From the moment we arrived, we could feel the care and attention Connie and Ben have poured into every detail of this beautiful property. The home is spacious, spotless, and tastefully updated, with every comfort you could imagine.Each morning, we were treated to breathtaking sunrises through the east-facing windows overlooking the Broadmoor Golf Course — the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and reflection. The views of the golf course, city lights, and surrounding mountains from every deck are truly spectacular.Our family of seven stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at The Broadmoor, and the location could not have been more perfect, just a short, pleasant walk to the hotel and all of the festivities. It allowed us to be close to everything while still having a peaceful, relaxing home base.What made our experience truly special, however, was Connie and Ben’s genuine hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating — always available to answer questions and offer thoughtful guidance throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay at this home. The check-in was easy, the house was wonderfully equipped and clean, and very spacious. Note that the Broadmoor (West Entrance) is within easy walking distance of the home. Although the Broadmoor does not permit non-guest use of the recreational facilities, there are several great restaurants open to non-guests.The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a short drive from the home.Note (for planning purposes) that 2 bedrooms are on the lower level of the home and share a hall bathroom.There is an additional bath on the 1st floor (entrance level) of the home with a spacious shower.The other 2 bedrooms are on the upper level of the home and share an adjourning (Jack & Jill) bathroom.

Broadmoor on the golf course

Excellent property, true to the listing description and pictures. Very well stocked and hosts were very nice and attentive. We were there for our son’s wedding at the Broadmoor and the location was perfect. This is one of the best homes we have rented. Would definitely rent again.

A perfect location

We were heading to Colorado Springs to attend a business conference at the Broadmoor Resort. We chose to stay here over the resort and we are so glad we made that decision. I walked 10 minutes to my morning meetings at the Broadmoor. It was a very nice and short walk along a sidewalk next to the golf course. The home was immaculate!!!! Super clean!!! It is perfectly laid out over three stories with enough space to take a break for some alone time. lol The view from the decks are amazing as you are looking over a beautiful golf course with downtown Colorado Springs in the back ground. The beds were super comfortable and the home had all the things you need. The bathrooms were stocked with quality shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The kitchen had everything you need even with some great coffee to choose from. Definitely the most luxurious VRBO we have stayed in. Thank you to the host Connie and Ben for the ease of communication and providing us with such an awesome and CLEAN place to stay.

Home Away from Home

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Ben and Connie were wonderful hosts and they have thought of everything! Literally. The house was in the perfect location and don't worry if you forgot something, Connie has little notes all over the house! They have literally thought of everything from chargers by every nightstand (and bottled water) to unbelievably comfortable beds (all of them not just one like you usually experience). The floor plan was perfect for our small family to gather but have space from each other. The house was clean and well stocked! Views were amazing and peaceful. Being able to walk out the back to The Broadmoor was such a special perk! You will definitely feel at home. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay and have already booked another trip! So gracious of Ben and Connie to share their little slice of heaven! You won't be disappointed.

Family Reunion

Fantastic property! Well-kept, clean, so many spots to chat and visit and play games. Location excellent for access to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. Hosts are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. The only drawback could be that it is not wheelchair accessible.

Fantastic home and hosts!!

This home was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location. It was well stocked with anything you would need. Our hosts had wine, cheese, crackers and homade brownies waiting for us! They were also kind enough to have breakfast foods in fridge, which as perfect because we arrived late. Communication was perfect. We were there for our son's graduation from the USAF Academy and the hosts made this special time for our family that much more amazing! If i could give 10 stars, I would!!

Amazing House

This doesn’t happen often, but EVEN BETTER than the listing pictures suggest. Fantastic property with no detail missed. The hosts were very communicative and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They even provided some additional welcome amenities; over the top generous! Great location - not to be missed if the plan is to stay in the area. Would return FOR SURE. Thank you!!

Amazing property and location

The view when you walk in is incredible, and you instantly know you picked the right place to stay! So many great spaces outside to enjoy the view and walking distance to the Broadmoor. So clean and the owners are so inviting and great communicators! There were fresh brownies, wine and treats to help us kick off our visit. One of the most 'ready to stay' places we've been.

Gorgeous view and gracious host!

The home is exactly as described plus more!! Our hostess communicated even when we weren’t asking her stuff. She had water bottles by our beds, wine, cheese, breakfast items. Home Made brownies!!! The views were gorgeous! There were so many amenities, unfortunately we didn’t even get to use most because we were busy enjoying local spots and a family wedding!

Amazing place!

The hosts were outstanding at this beautiful property! Our family of eight enjoyed the amazing home looking into the Broadmoor golf course with a view of the resort. The added amenities make this a special place to stay. We would highly recommend this location.

Absolutely perfect

The house was better than advertised. Everything was perfect with lots of small nuggets we didn’t expect. Wine, cheese, all the spices and condiments and so much more. Even a homemade book of things to see and do in the area. Ben and Connie communicated early and answered all our questions promptly. Would 100% stay here again

Amazing

I never leave reviews on anything but this house deserves it. Friendly and attentive hosts and just an amazing property. We were even lucky enough to see 3 bears walking outside the back yard. You won’t be disappointed booking this house.

Almost better than home!

We stayed at this property with dear friends when we attended my husband’s 50th class reunion from the AF Academy. We are both mature couples who have traveled a lot, and we agreed that the home was a great find. Beautiful, comfortable, and sparkling clean, the house sits next to the golf course with a view that glitters at night with the CS lights turn on. Every room of the house has access to an outdoor paiot

Awesome!!

The house is more beautiful than the pics show. Everything was clean and ready for us. The house is close to a lot of fun things like Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the Broadmoor Hotel. The owners left us a welcome basket and made sure we felt at home. We hope to visit again.

Location, Location, Location

Just returned from our vacation. First VRBO rental to date and a truly exceptional property, premiere host and location. House was impeccably staffed with all the essentials for a successful vacation. Host and hostess truly made my family and I feel welcome. Gardens were exceptional with an amazing view of the Broadmoor Golf Course allowing for a peaceful start to the day. Evenings were ended with Smores by the firepit. Property is centrally located to major tourist attractions. A truly memorable experience. Thank you to our host and hostess.

Wonderful experience!!!

The hosts thought of everything. We arrived to fresh baked brownies, breakfast items in the refrigerator, wine and cheese and a bottle of water next to each bed. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. The pantry is extremely well stocked. The furniture is comfortable. There was a large assortment of games for kids and adults. The multiple decks were great to relax on. The landscaping is beautiful. I loved sitting outside each morning and listening to the birds. Very peaceful. The location of the house is great. The hosts were very quick to respond when I had a question. My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this house.

We moved to Colorado Springs in 2002 as the place to settle down and raise our two kids. We bought this house in 2008 for the great location and terrific views. We're empty nesters now and we enjoy sharing this beautiful house with families, corporate groups, and others on vacation, and we take pride in offering a well-appointed clean house and a wonderful vacation experience.

The mountain backdrop and golf course views are unique and stunning. We think this is the most scenic area in Colorado Springs and along the front range of Colorado.

The house has a great feel to it, light and airy with beautiful views from every room. Convenient walk to the Broadmoor, Cheyenne Canyon, and beautiful Seven Falls. The Cheyenne Mtn Zoo is not far away and there is great hiking right out the front door. Downtown is just a few miles away and Pikes Peak National Forest borders our neighborhood. Colorado Springs has many great attractions just a short drive away.
