Welcome to a world of palm trees and easy living close to Panama City Beach, Florida. The beaches in this part of the USA are rated some of the best in the world, and they’re just a short walk or drive away from this condo, located in the St. Thomas Square.
Although you need only glance out of the windows of this 2 level, 3-bedroom condo in St. Thomas Square to see how close you are to the lagoon and beach, the owners of this attractive two level home have ensured the property retains a beach vibe that’s sure to get you in the mood for some sun, sand and sea every day of your stay.
Whether you’re visiting as a family on vacation or as a group of friends perhaps to celebrate a special occasion, this 3 bed home will relax you, welcome you and ensure you have everything you need for a memorable stay.
ON THE MAIN LEVEL
Here’s where you’ll find the living space in which you’re sure to want to gather to relax, watch TV, and soak up the amazing views. For a closer look at what’s out there, why not step out into your balcony and enjoy feeling the Florida sun on your face and getting a little closer to the water.
Back inside, and to the kitchen, another place you’ll want to spend time during your stay. All the appliances you could wish for are here for you, Keurig coffee maker included, so you can all start the day with steaming cups of deliciousness. The presence of a washer/dryer means you can keep your clothes clean no matter what on and off water activities you get involved in while you’re here (and there’s plenty to choose from).
There’s also a bedroom on this level with a gloriously comfortable queen bed and, like all of the bedrooms in the condo, plenty of storage space to hang and fold your clothes. You also have a bathroom that’s likely to be just for whoever gets this room, as the two other bedrooms on the upper level each have their own bathrooms
ON THE TOP FLOOR:
Here’s where you’ll find the master bedroom suite, complete with its king size bed, separate sitting area that’s ideal for work, and stunning views of the bay to wake up to. The master bathroom is large and features a double sink plus tub and shower. The third bedroom is on this level too. It has two twin beds and its own private bathroom as well.
REMOTE WORKERS
There are plenty of places you can work within the condo. Why not get laptops on laps in the living area, or use the table in the master bedroom, or get down to work out on the balcony. The choice is yours! Of course, the whole apartment is served by fast wifi.
ENTERTAINMENT
The are smart TVs in all of the bedrooms and in the lounge, so each bedroom can watch anything they want to watch.
LOCAL ACTIVITIES AND AMENITIES
Staying here gives you access to a wide variety of facilities within the St Thomas Square community and beyond. Likely to be the most popular is the swimming pool, a great place to cool off or keep that exercise regime going. There are also tennis courts, restaurants, even a salon and massage studio, along with various places to sit and chill.
PARKING
Your hosts will give you a pass to display in your car so you can park up 1 vehicle on the site at any time. Please ask if you need another pass.
GOT A BOAT TO BRING?
You can reserve a place in the dock. Just ask when you book if you require this service.
There are plenty of community facilities you can access when you stay here, including the swimming pool and tennis courts. But here’s a selection of other things to do and places to see in the vicinity:
Adventures At Sea - get your chance to tick swimming with dolphins off your bucket list.
Cobra Adventure Park - a great place for kids and big kids who like the thrills of roller coasters and race tracks.
Shipwreck Island Water Park - more thrills are to be found here, just 3 miles from the house, but be ready to get wet on the water rides and in the wave pools.
Ripley's Believe It or Not! – This popular attraction is less than a mile from the house, and sure to be popular with people of all ages in your group.
Gulf Coast Fishing – spend quality time together out on the water and maybe catch something to enjoy for your evening meal.
Golf - from the gulf to golf. You can play for real or fun at 18 hole courses and adventure golf locations in the local area.
Various restaurants - every mealtime and every taste is catered for in the many restaurants and eateries in the area, including some in Barefoot Beach Retreat. Take your pick!
Panama City Beach Winery – taste some of the local produce and take a tour to see how it’s made (but not necessarily in that order!)
Activities – if you prefer to get active rather than lie in the sun, you’re in for a treat, as there’s plenty for you to do on, in and away from the water, including snorkeling, cycling, diving, windsurfing and bowling.
PARKING: Valid passes must be displayed at all times when on the property, indicating unit number and date of departure. All vehicles, watercraft/trailers, motorcycles, scooters, golf carts, etc. must have
tags. Any vehicle without a valid pass is subject to towing at the owner’s expense, without further notice. No trailers (except watercraft trailers) are permitted and no vehicle may be used for living accommodations. Each
vehicle must take only one parking space-oversized vehicles are not permitted. A maximum of two (2) vehicles per unit may be parked in the residential area. Additional vehicles must be parked in the lot along Joan Avenue with an appropriate tag or decal. Obey all parking and speed regulations and do not double park. No major repairs
of vehicles may be done on the property. DO NOT park along YELLOW curbs.
• BOATS: No boats or watercraft trailers are allowed on property unless the boat owner is in residence. Boats and watercraft trailers require an additional registration, tag, and fee. Only one boat/trailer per unit is permitted. Boat/
trailer parking is restricted to the east side of the parking lot (near Wendy’s). Boat/trailer parking is first come, first served. If there are no boat/trailer parking spots available, the boat/trailer must be parked off property. All
trailers may only take up one parking space, oversized trailers must be parked off property.
• BALCONIES/WALKWAYS: Do not sit, climb or hang towels or clothing on balcony rails or fences. Walkways and entryways must be kept clear of all items. Do not throw ANY objects from the balconies or walkways,
including cigarette butts.
• GRILLS: No grills may be used or stored on balconies or patios per fire code. Grills are available for use at the Clubhouse; charcoal is not provided. Please clean grills after use and deposit ashes in the appropriate container.
• POOL AREA: Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Furniture should be protected from suntan oils/lotions. No scuba tanks/gear nor large floats/toys allowed in pool; water wings are permitted. Infants, small children, and
incontinent adults must wear a protective swim diaper. All posted pool rules must be observed. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older in the pool or dock area.
• RENTAL OCCUPANCY: All guests staying for short-term rental must be accompanied by someone at least 25 years of age or older who is staying in the unit. Occupancy numbers are regulated by size of unit.
• PETS: Only Owners and long-term renters may have pets on the property and all pets must be leashed or carried in common areas. All pets must be approved and registered. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in a
sanitary manner. Bags are provided in pet walk area.
• DUMPSTERS: No storage, garbage or trash allowed in hallways or any common areas. All garbage must be taken to a dumpster and only household trash is permitted. All appliance, A/C, furniture, construction debris and oversized items must be taken off property. All boxes must be broken down.
• TENNIS COURTS are for tennis only. No hard shoes, skates or wheeled vehicles allowed.
• NO FIREWORKS allowed on property.
• FACILITIES: All use of the St. Thomas Square facilities must be confined to Owners, renters and lessees who are in residence and their accompanied guests. No amenity (dock, tennis court, pool, sauna, etc.) may be used for commercial or profit activities of any kind.
