◆ Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance, and the basement has a few steps going down.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (under 60 lbs). Please do not bring unauthorized pets, as there will be a $200 fine per pet. Kindly contact us in advance if you plan to travel with your pets.
◆ Complimentary amenities provided during your stay include Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
◆ Upon your arrival, we provide some complimentary basic essentials to help you get started, such as soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, so if you use them up and need more, you'll need to purchase them.
