Upon entering the first floor, you'll find a keypad lock for easy access, a sitting area with a foosball table and a small putting green, and a two-car garage for convenient parking.
The second floor features elegant white marble floors throughout the living area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a double oven, toaster, coffee pot, and full-size fridge. The living room boasts a 65" TV and a double-sided fireplace to create a cozy ambiance. Bedroom 1 offers a luxurious queen bed with ample closet space, and a full bathroom with a tub. A fully stocked linen closet is also available for your convenience.
The third floor has wood floors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This level includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an additional white marble bathroom with a tub, and three bedrooms.
