Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the game room, comfy beds, and found our four separate cabins perfect for your family. We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. We're glad we could promptly address the dumpster situation as it was left full by the prior guest that morning. We ordered an extra pick-up and had this rectified the very next day. We have regular professional pest control treatments on the property, but as this is Wyoming, the occasional mouse is just a part of any rural environment. Regarding the septic system, our reminder is to help guests who may be less acquainted with operations away from a public sewer. It is a good practice for any septic system to avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper, which is what we kindly request of our guests. This helps prevent a clogged system, delays in repairs, and costly fixes ... all things that would disrupt a hard-earned vacation. We believe our cabins, dedicated game room, and private outdoor space offer one of the best values in the Cody area, especially for a large group of 18 people. I did want to address just a couple of your points: -There actually is an additional dining option for big groups - right outside the John Wayne Cabin kitchen door, there is outdoor dining that seats 18 as well as the tables in the game room that is about 25 yards from the main cabin. -The no trespassing sign is actually in the middle of the neighbor’s driveway at the end of the road.
