Literally just Steps from the beach, Kihei Holiday 119 is a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo fronting the gorgeous sandy beaches of North Kihei. The walk to the beach takes less than 30 seconds, we have counted 48 steps!!

This modern condo has recently been refreshed with all new furniture, paint, artwork, linens and kitchenware.

The master bedroom has a king bed and comes equipped with a cold blowing window AC unit, and large streaming TV. The 2nd bedroom has a brand new queen bed, window AC unit, and large streaming TV as well. Additionally, there is a brand-new queen-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room as an additional sleeping option.

This condo offers a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with all the accessories and appliances you will need to create a wonderful meal at your Maui home. There is a washer and dryer in unit, as well as high-speed WIFI and a desk for a convenient remote workspace, a brand new window AC unit in the living room, a gorgeous tile bathroom, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler and much, much more!

The condo includes 1 parking space with plenty of additional guest parking available for free. There is an in-ground pool and hot tub on property, as well as a BBQ area. Kihei Holiday is conveniently located near many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. There is an amazing sushi restaurant next door, and an ABC Store right down the street for any last minute items you may need!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location for a family of four. Location was great. It was in a couple miles down from the main area of Kīhei. The evenings and days were calm and quiet. Pool area and grill area was close and convenient. Had new beach chairs and umbrella which was nice. I even left all my shirts behind somehow and they shipped them back to me. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean condo within walking distance of beach. We did not swim at that location because recent storms made the area have brown water while we were there. However, there are plenty of beaches nearby that were easy to drive our family too. We loved the location in Kīhei close to lots of great places to eat as well. Condo was clean and stocked with lots of towels for our use. Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was a good budget friendly location to many things we did on the island. It was also nice to be close to the beach and pool when we had down time. We did see a few bugs, but we messaged the host and they provided some traps and spray which helped. It’s Hawaii so it’s inevitable about bugs. Overall would recommend this stay!

We had an absolutely incredible stay! From start to finish, the communication was excellent — quick, clear, and so helpful. The accommodations were spotless and beautifully maintained.We were especially impressed with all the thoughtful extras: plenty of towels, extra supplies, and amazing beach gear including chairs, an umbrella, and coolers. This condo was a cute and cozy place for our family of 4. Everything was clean and just how the pictures showed. The complex is quiet. The pool was so nice too! The location is very convenient, just steps from the beach! My only mild complaint- the kitchen is not well-stocked to do much cooking. Very few dishes, dull knives, etc. We like to stay in condos so we can cook and save money on eating out, so that was difficult. The fridge did break the second day we were there, and the property manager got someone to come and fix it right away. We had to live out of coolers for a couple days, but what can you do? They did the best they could with the situation and were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Stop scrolling! you've found the one! We had an amazing stay, and wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again.Communication with the prop management team was easy from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right across the street from the beach and close to coffee shops, with just a short drive to Lahaina, Wailea, Costco, and the airport.The unit is on the first floor, which made bringing in our luggage incredibly convenient, and the assigned parking spot is right outside the front door.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. A helpful tip: the larger cooking utensils, like the spatulas, are hidden in a small drawer inside the silverware drawer, so don't miss them!Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus, and they even provide a few laundry pods to get you started.Everything was spotless when we arrived, including the sheets and towels. There are TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room, making it easy for everyone to relax after a day out.One of our favorite amenities was the beach gear. The unit includes beach chairs, umbrella and two coolers, which were incredibly useful for our beach days and hiking adventures.As an added bonus, it's only about a mile from Sugar Beach Bake Shop, making it easy to grab coffee and delicious pastries in the morning.Just book it…you won't be disappointed

Right across from Beach

This place had everything you needed! Lots of beach equipment and plenty of towels!!! The beach is literally across the road.

First family vacation

This was our daughter’s first trip. She is 10 weeks old. My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this condo. Being able to just walk across the street to get to the beach was perfect for us with our daughter. Also, being able to walk back to the condo or use the pool when our daughter had enough at the beach was great. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and having a great vacation. Parking was easy and super close to the condo and it seems like a nice little community.

Perfect location in Kihei

Communication with property manager was easy and they responded quickly . This first floor. 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay . The beach literally steps away and almost felt like a private beach at times. Condo had all our beach gear needs . Kitchen well equipped and clean . Beds were comfortable , nice living room area to relax . Assigned parking spot very close . I would stay here again if available .
