This was a lovely rental--clean, quiet, and comfortable. We especially loved the screened balcony/porch. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants without being in the middle of things.

Nice place to stay. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was a big hit with my granddaughter. My husband loved the proximity to everything while enjoying the peaceful community. Both my traveling companions gave 5+ stars to our stay!

This property isnt new, but it is a very good value for the price. It was very clean, comfortably appointed, and spacious. The area was quiet and there was ample parking. It was everything we were hoping for for our 4 day stay. The manager was responsive when there was a minor maintenance issue. We would stay there again if back in the area.

Beautiful big balcony overlooking pool. Was able to see my adult children swim from the room. Every picture is exactly what you see. Nice big floor plan, but the toilet in one bathroom is going out because you have to hold it down the entire time it needs to flush. Loved the removable shower heads. Only bad thing was the hot tub was broken! No jets worked while we were there. I know that’s not the hosts fault but it wasn’t as described. Overall good stay but there is no elevator so be prepared to walk up three flights of steps with all belongings.

We had a wonderful stay in North Myrtle Beach! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. The location was perfect—just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The pool was a great bonus and provided a relaxing place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It was a very nice place. Overall very clean. It was in a very nice complex. Great pool. We only came for a short trip for a wedding. We didn’t get to stay all the nights we paid for due to us catching the stomach bug the first day we were supposed to be there. Side note: don’t inquire about possible refunds or switching nights or any of that sort bc the owner will probably be snarky in response like she was with us. (I knew none of those would probably be possible, but I would be silly not to ask just in case right?!) Minor complaints- master bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the water in the shower wouldn’t get hot to my liking so I just had to share the other shower. The toilet also kept running continuously in that bathroom. And long and short human hairs all over the place but that’s just me being picky. My only big complaint is the curtains in the bedroom were almost sheer so it was so bright in the room when we were trying to sleep. Again, overall a nice place to stay in a nice area.

We loved everything about the facility. Great location. Being 2 older couples, we would have preferred a lower level because of health issues but it was still a great stay.Everything went so smooth, we didn't have to contact the hostess at all. She gave excellent instructions on how to do everything that we needed to do to enjoy our stay. Thanks for having us.

This listing is inaccurate. It only sleeps 6 not 8! The place had blood on the sheets and nasty yellow stains on the pillows. Stains on walls and curtains!. Was not clean at all. I spent hours washing their sheets. Pet beds in the closet even tho no pets allowed. So if you have an allergy do not book this place. 3rd floor unit with no elevator. BEWARE. Host acknowledges it only sleeps 6 even tho the listing says 8 and let's you book 8. Host doesn't make it right at all!! Do not stay here.

It was hard to find the water by the condo and both bedrooms have so much light coming through all night but it was super clean and quiet. Pool wasn’t busy the whole time we were there too that was nice

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the condo exceptionally clean, enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, and had a relaxing, uncrowded experience at the pool. We appreciate your constructive notes regarding your arrival and the bedroom lighting. To address these specific points, we would like to share a few details for your future stays: Locating the Water/Beach: Because our property enjoys a unique layout, we provide a detailed digital welcome guide prior to check-in that includes a map and step-by-step directions to the waterfront. We will review these instructions to ensure they are as clear and easy to follow as possible for future guests. Bedroom Lighting: We understand that light sensitivity can impact a night's sleep. While we choose our window treatments to maximize natural light during the day, we are actively looking into adding additional blackout options to ensure a more customizable environment for our guests who prefer total darkness at night. Thank you again for your valuable insights. They help us continuously improve the guest experience, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.
