You'll find yourself in close proximity to the Edina neighborhood, and just a 5-minute drive to the Southdale Center, which boasts a vibrant selection of shops and restaurants. Additionally, the nearby highways 35W, 100, 62, and 494 provide easy travel routes to other places. The Mall of America, Bloomington, and Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) airport are only 10 minutes.
The space
Our house features three bedrooms on each floor of a two-floor house, ensuring ample space for everyone. On the main floor, you'll find Room 1, Room 2, and Room 3. Room 1 is equipped with a full-sized bed, while the other two rooms offer queen-sized beds. These rooms share a bathroom for convenience. Moving to the basement floor, you'll discover Room 4, Room 5, and Room 6, each furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The basement rooms also share a bathroom.

The house is adorned with premium hardwood floors and coved ceilings, exuding a touch of elegance. The modern kitchen showcases gorgeous premium vinyl floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and sleek wood cabinets. We have stocked the kitchen with appliances, equipment, and utensils, allowing you to cook and bake to your heart's content. In addition to the essentials, we provide an air fryer, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker, and a professional blender to kickstart your day or prepare healthy meals.

The bathrooms are clean, featuring a bright and refreshing white design.

In addition, the vacuum cleaner, spot cleaner, and cleaning equipment are available for your self-cleaning space.

We've taken care to ensure your room is cozy, very quiet and comfortable. It comes furnished with a full/queen-sized bed, luxury linens, soft plush premium pillows adhering to hotel standards, a comfortable sofa chair, a spacious closet with a built-in organizer, and windows adorned with faux wood blinds.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included in the in-unit located on the lower level.

Parking is plentiful with street options available.
