This is a retaliatory review when I called the guest out who trashed my unit & then tried to get a refund after his stay spreading lies. He brought a pet that was not disclosed as the pet left toys chewed up everywhere. This guest smoked marijauna all throughout the home which the smell is very hard to get out. He left feces all over the toilet and stained several towels. Guest tried to change his reservation by 3 days prior to even checking in because he said his dog had to get chemo so I refunded him & said it was ok to check out earlier even though the cancellation policy stated that a refund was not warranted. He did not check out early because of the unit, he had already reduced the number of days in his stay. The washer was broken a day before the guest's arrival and I let him know. At that time he had the option to cancel with a full refund but he did not want to cancel. After he stayed, he called VRBO to get a full refund of his stay after he trashed my unit. This is a great apartment that you can see in other reviews.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, the guest before had left a oil diffuser which I was unaware of. It has been removed. Had I known at the time and that the guest was having health issues as a result (they said nothing during their stay), I would have let them cancel with a full refund.
