For guests with electric vehicles, we do not have an outdoor outlet that can accommodate overnight charging. However, there are several charging stations all within 5 minutes from the house:

📑 We ask all guests to read and agree to our house rules prior to booking. I ask the primary booking guest to sign the rental agreement for the group and submit a credit card for the security deposit hold. This step must be completed to receive check-in instructions. This is NOT an extra charge! The hold will be released within 1-2 days after checkout as long as our house rules were honored and no significant damages were found (misuse or missing bicycles, extra hot tub cleaning, or broken/stained furniture that is beyond normal use).

For guests considering bringing their pet:
While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of TWO dogs per stay. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained. Guests must agree to abide by our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be charged if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard.

Pet House Rules:
▪️Pets should not be left alone at the property unless guests are 100% sure he/she will not become anxious. Please crate if left alone. We do not provide crates so please bring your own.
▪️When outside the property, pets must kept on a leash
▪️Please do not allow pets on furniture
▪️If possible, please keep pets on the main floor as the basement is fully carpeted
▪️Clean up and pick up after your pets. Please, no dog poop or urine stains in our home or backyard

Our property is privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances, amenities, or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, WIFI, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable.
