The space:
Experience bliss and luxury at our custom built and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the breathtaking lake views from the large boat dock and boat house, while relaxing on the deck or patio, or from the comfort of inside the home through the large windows in every room!. You will love the entire property including the waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, private beach, and warm freshwater. We provide lots water toys including kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, and have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill on the deck. Enjoy outdoor yard games including cornhole and spikeball. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 5 bedrooms, 5 full and 1 half bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas, fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, and custom laundry room with coffee bar. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV.

Hang out in the recreation room and play classic arcade games, shuffleboard, darts and other or family games. Kick back on our super comfy couches and enjoy movies or sports on our 85" 4K Smart TV. High Speed Internet and Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows or even do a little bit of work.

Guest access:
Access to the entire property as permitted - front, backyard, decks, patios, firepit area, beach, waterfront, boathouse.

No permitted areas are storage utility rooms, garage, boathouse storage room, and boathouse slips.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with 1 spacious gourmet kitchens on the main floor and a kitchenette in the lower leverl that easily accommodate a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, private beach, huge dock, expansive deck, amazing patio, large porch, grill, and yard games. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, smart TVs in nearly every room, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp.
