Our Lake Anna retreat offers a restful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, featuring access to Lake Anna from the comforts of a private, resort-like community. Dock your boat at our pre-assigned boat slip during your stay. Enjoy access to all the community amenities including a large, sandy beach with a cove for launching kayaks, a playground, a community pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, and the community docks, all within a few minutes drive or bike ride from the house. We also have two tandem kayaks, two paddle boards, and life vests for your enjoyment.

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Craftsman style lake house comfortably sleeps 6 – 8 people and is perfect for up to 3 couples or 2 families with children. Inside, you will find a spacious living room featuring cathedral ceilings, comfy couches, a 70 inch flat screen TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu with live TV channels available, a DVD player, and an electric fireplace. There are several classic board games provided, including games for the littlest family members!

Each bedroom features memory foam mattresses, wood woven roman shades, coastal decor, recessed lighting, and additional ambient lighting for a restful night’s sleep. The main bedroom has a King bed, a large walk-in closet, an overhead fan, an electric fireplace, a flat screen TV, two oversized chairs, perfect for reading during the morning light or working remotely with the laptop, and a private bathroom with a luxurious, free-standing bathtub, double sinks, and a large, sit-in shower with a rain shower head, and a separate toilet room.

There are also two kayaks and two paddle boards available for your enjoyment, as well as life vests and a kayak rack that straps to your SUV for transportation to the beach*. There is a mud room right off the garage with a large shoe rack and caddy for hanging clothing and towels or drop your bathing suits and towels in the washer/dryer set and leave your shoes behind!

Outside, there is a nice big table on the deck and a charcoal grill. We also have a fire pit. Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the campfire with the wood that has been provided. The front porch is perfect for relaxing in the two rocking chairs, while enjoying your morning coffee.
