The weather was warmer than anticipated, so we didn't use it much, but the Hot tub was clean and worked fine. We are thankful the property allows pets.

Not happy

The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat. If the air conditioning was working it would’ve been really nice .

Do NOT stay here

We arrived at our rental at 4:05pm (check-in was at 4pm) and were met by the management company. They just started to clean the rental, due to cleaners canceling. They did not contact us to let us know the rental would not be ready. They allowed us to settled in. They finished cleaning about 30 minutes later. I specially asked if they were finished with everything and they replied yes. The next morning I woke up and had an asthma attack. I realized there was dog hair everywhere. I specifically chose this rental because it said no pets allowed. I immediately text the management company at 7am and asked that they send cleaners. I sent them pictures of all of the areas with hair. They did not respond. I text, called, and sent messages via VRBO throughout the day. They finally responded after 3pm and told me they couldn’t get anyone in to clean, that essentially it was my fault for coming into the rental, and that I should vacuum. At that point, I already borrowed someone’s Dyson and cleaned. The amount of hair and dirt in the rental was disgusting. I sent them more images of what came out of the Dyson. They ignored me for the rest of the stay. I was so sick that I left my family to sleep on a friends couch and was unable to snowboard for the last 2.5 days of my trip. The management company is negligent and unresponsive. They should alert people that they have animals. I am fortunate I was able to leave, otherwise I could have ended up in the hospital.
