About this space
Our house has everything close, including tourists attractions, the beautiful Downtown of New Port richey. This house is situated in a very central and convenient location, just 7 mnts from the Trinity hospital and 8 mnts the Morton plant North Bay hospital, 10 to 15 minutes to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, fishing places, etc. and yet a very relaxing and peaceful area. It has a big backyard with a beautiful tree and a fire pit to enjoy with your family and friends.

Entire house with a cozy feeling,private and quiet, also conveniently located for people that needs to be closed to the different hospitals in the area like the Trinity hospital or the Morton plant in New Port Richey.

BY OUR HOME:
Our home is a Florida getaway, central to many of the adventures found in Central Florida. Perfect for family fun, family beach days, visits to Sponge Docks (less than 15 mins away), dolphins and fishing tours and many other activities!
The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only minutes away from New Port Richie downtown with nice restaurants and entertainment, central downtown Tarpon Springs that has many festivals; great Greek culture and food, the weekly Farmers Market, Sponge Docks, Fred Howard Beach; an amazing aquarium all within mins of the location.


NEARBY:
Pasco and Pinellas County has so much to offer including world class beaches such as Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Treasure Island (great touristy area to catch some sun and fun, great bars and dining, great water tours, water sports, and so much more); Weeki Wachie is about 30 mins and it is a great area to kayak the springs and go down the river.

THEME PARKS:
Disney and Universal theme parks are about 2 hours away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 40min away. Dinosaur World is 1.5 hours away and Legoland.

NIGHTLIFE, SHOPPING & WALKING:
Apart of New Port Richey's downtown, St. Pete downtown has an artsy vibe and is great for shopping, dining and festivals.
Dunedin & Safety Harbor downtown (about 30 min each) has lots of festivals and farmer markets. Lot of small shops, ice cream shops, bars , breweries and restaurants. Both have Christmas parades and boat parades.
Armature Works in Tampa has great restaurants and you can walk the Riverwalk to more restaurants and stroll by the river.
St. Pete pier is amazing for a stroll and enjoy drinks and live music.

KIDS:
We love the Glaziers Museum and Great Explorations for indoor playgrounds. There are multiple amazing playgrounds around and a splash park at Dunedin Kiwanis Sprayground and Tarpon Springs Splash Park. There is a bouncy house 5-10 mins away. Lowry Park zoo is an amazing zoo. The aquarium in Tarpon Springs is very close by but there is also Clearwater Aquarium and The Tampa Aquarium. St. Pete pier has a splash pad, a small beach and a great playground. The Museum of Science and Industry is great for kids in Tampa.

Sunken Gardens is great and the Botanical Gardens of Largo. Largo Central park has a great Christmas display.
