For stays 14 days and greater, a 50.00 cleaning fee will be applied.

For stays over 30 days it is required to have monthly cleans. The charge is $150 per month. This will NOT be reflected in your reservation but will be added once the reservation is accepted.



NOTE: Any stays longer than 45 days must have mid-stay cleans. The length of the trip will determine how many. Cost will be billed separately. No exceptions and please contact the Property Manger with any questions.
