There is also a lake-front fire pit with seating for 6 and a fully-fenced backyard with stunning lake views. Enjoy direct access to the walking trail and easy access to the community clubhouse which features a BBQ area, fire pit and complimentary kayaks for a fun afternoon on the water! Two cruiser bikes are available for guest use.

NOTE: This home is in an HOA community with a beautiful clubhouse which features an indoor/outdoor event space, community pool, shaded lounge area, fire pit with lake views, and lake access. There is a beautiful walking trail and you can even check-out their two kayaks for lake use during your stay! Please be respectful of the conservation regulations related to the lake and surrounding area.

**PLEASE NOTE: The community pool is currently being serviced by the HOA and repairs are extensive. The pool opening date is TBD.
