Welcome to Ciento Cielos, a private Mediterranean Revival estate in the heart of Hollywood’s historic residential district. With 3 ensuite bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a resort-style pool, spa, and dedicated gym, this gated property offers the space and privacy of a luxury home with the amenities of a boutique resort.
Situated within the historic Orange Grove–Selma Residential Historic District, this 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath architectural residence delivers boutique-hotel caliber amenities in a fully private setting.

PLEASE NOTE:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee $450 is included in reservation total.
• Pet fee ($125 /stay) is an additional charge
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
• Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee

Nonpareil Stays is a full service concierge team. You will receive a welcome package upon arrival at the home and we are ready to assist with all of your requests e.g. chef service, masseuse, yoga instructor, car rental, just to name a few. Should you have any needs, please reach out directly to the co-hosts, Deanna and Lisa of Nonpareil Stays.
Please solicit permission prior to acquiring services that would be executed on the property. These require advance notice, are independent of the booking itself, and as such, are billed separately to the guest as an added cost.

This home is located in one of LA's most central and walkable neighborhoods, Sunset Square. Within minutes you can enjoy shopping and eateries in Hollywood, West Hollywood, the Sunset Strip, and Hollywood Boulevard. Beverly Hills, Studio City, and DTLA are a short drive and the beach cities are within an hour. Hike nearby trails and Runyon Canyon, explore Griffith Park (LA Zoo, Travel Town, Golfing, Tennis, and more), take in the sites on Hollywood Boulevard, enjoy Griffith Observatory or head over to Universal Studios for a tour & fun at the theme park. Museums, Comedy Clubs, Music, and more are close by and easily accessible.
