Modern Majestic Home with Pool, Spa & Basketball

Welcome to your home where you can truly relax and unwind! Centrally located right in North Mesa! 18 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Airport. It sleeps 10 ADULTS or 12 if it includes children with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, corporate getaways, or couples' trip! The backyard oasis includes an oversized pool (note this is not heated) with a waterslide, spa, high end basketball court, small putting green and a fire table. We look forward to having you!

Newly Updated home inside and out. Inside the home you will find the games room when you walk in to your right, which has a foosball table, TV to watch sports or hook up your gaming system. You can also use this TV to connect your laptop for your zoom calls. There is a nice space if you need to get some work done in this room as well. The dining room seats 10 people, great for family meals or corporate meetings as you can see the TV from this room. The newly renovated Kitchen has everything you need to for your stay, double wall oven, large fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and cooktop. While cooking, people can gather around the kitchen island that seats 5 people. The kitchen nook seats 6 people.

The living room is a great spot to kick up your feet and relax on the large sectional. Trust me when I say, once you sit down on here you won't want to get up! Lay back and watch some sports, curl up as a family and watch movies or be in the kitchen cooking while watching TV. There have been several corporate events in this home and a chef brought in to cook dinner and the entire main floor was perfect for this!

The backyard is most likely where you will spend most of your time while in the home. You can sit under the covered patio in the mornings to enjoy your coffee, lounge in the sitting area and watch TV, shoot some hoops on our basketball court, challenge a friend on the putting green, lounge by the pool on the sun chairs, enjoy the pool and it's water feature and slide, relax in the spa or enjoy the fire table in the evenings.

POOL/ SPA:

-The Slide/ Waterfall are on from 9am-4pm daily.

-The Pool is not heated, so from mid October until early May the water can be chilly. This is all dependant on personal preference.



-The pool is deep where the water feature and slide are. There isn't a fence surrounding it. Please be aware of this when bringing children as they must be supervised at all times. However, we do have child locks on all of the doors leading to the backyard. These locks are placed high towards the top part of the doors making it difficult for a child to reach.

-The way the pool equipment is set up, you can only have the slide/waterfall or the spa on. They can't both be on at the same time.

SPA:

-The spa is heated Monday- Friday from 6pm-10pm and Saturday to Sunday 5pm-10pm.



-During cooler months, the spa may not heat up to a comfortable temperature. If the ambient temperature is below 60F, the spa will not heat up.



Some places we love to visit when we are in town are the following:

-Kierland Commons which has some great shopping, restaurants and a splash park for the kids to enjoy!

-Tempe Marketplace has shopping, restaurants, splash pad, great place for everyone to enjoy,

-Family friendly attractions include the Arizona Boarwalk which has the Odysea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, Cyberquest Arcade and Museum of Illusions. The Phoenix Zoo, TopGolf, Papago Park and water parks. There might be a night where you choose to order in or get takeout. Check out our Guidebooks with all of our suggestions! Otherwise you can cook a delicious meal in our fully stocked kitchen.

You can easily access golf courses, hiking trails, sporting events, shopping, and some amazing restaurants. There are some great restaurants in downtown Gilbert, Tempe and Old Town. If you happen to be here on a Saturday, downtown Gilbert has a great Farmers' Market to enjoy in the morning.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in time is 4:00pm. We are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the time that it takes to clean and ensure the house is ready for your arrival. However, you can send us a message on the day of your stay, and we will let you know when the home is ready.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out time is 11:00am. We are not able to offer a late check-out as we need to prepare the home for the following guests.

I am available during your stay to answer any questions you may have! I don't live in Arizona , if there are any immediate concerns that need to be addressed than Savannah, my cohost will manage it if necessary.

This home is located on a quiet street and great community! Depending on the time of year, you can walk around and see all the fruit trees blossoming . You might even get lucky and find some free lemons around the corner that our neighbour leaves out for grabs. You will also see lots of cactus's and palm trees. There are some amazing Orchards near by, where you can go and pick some of your own fruit.A car rental or Uber/Lyft are great options to get around! You are only a short drive from Downtown Gilbert, Tempe Market and Old Town.
