Ocotillo lakefront 5BR/2BA SINGLE level house w/heated (COOLED in the summer) pool, spa & therapy JETS! Waterfront at ocotillo lakes & golf course. 3 kings, 2 queens, 4 twins , and a crib . Two seater kayak, four seater paddle boat, swing, hammock . Please message for details if you need it for a day only. No checkout list. Great for large groups. PETS ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL (1 dog only). Please message breed&weight. NO CATS.

⭐️ POOL HEAT
NO extra fees for heating . The heat is set to run from 9am-9pm and set to 85-90 F. Waterfall feature is not on during December-March months when the heat is on to prevent cooling of the water. Otherwise, the waterfall is on 6-9 pm. Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When the temperature goes below 60 outdoor, the pool temperature might not reach desired temperature.

⭐️ SPA HEATING hours from 6-9 pm, but you can request any 3 hour slot from 10am-10:30 pm. Please request heating, otherwise it won’t be on to preserve propane. For extra spa hours, please inquire , additional fee may apply.

Great house in a great location. Loved all the amenities like the heated pool, jacuzzi and you are right on the lake. Mira is also always available to answer any question!

Amazing house with a great pool, hot tub, lots of room geared towards families of all ages. Many kitchen items to choose from not just the bare minimum. Definitely would recommend, host was amazing as well.

Relaxing family vacation!

House was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room, pool was the highlight of the trip for us. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Mira was helpful and always quick to respond to any questions.

We had the best spring break trip at this amazing property. Close to the airport, all the fun, and grocery stores. The bedrooms were all huge, clean, and comfy. the view over the bay into the mountains was beautiful over the aqua blue water during the day, but even pretty with all the lights up the mountains at night. Cannot say enough about the staff, and how well they took care of us. It was honestly hard to say goodbye. So good with kids. this is better than advertised!

Wife's 80th Birthday Family Celebration

Great house and location - lots of amenities - pool and hot tub, fussball, pool, ping pong, bikes, fishing, paddleboat, kayak, ... Everyone had a great time and look forward to making it a family tradition.

Fun and Relaxing

We stayed here and couldn’t have been more impressed. Mira would respond almost immediately, and helped with any questions we might have had. The pool area was perfect, we spent almost all day into the evening swimming, even with 70 degree temperatures because the water was so warm. We will stay again.

Lovely Place!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is super cute with amenities and the lake view is gorgeous. The hot tub was hot enough and we enjoyed the paddle boat. Mira was great to work with! She always got right back to us when we needed something. Definitely recommend!

Family and Friends Easter Break

We really enjoyed our stay at this Chandler AZ house. The lake/yard/park view along with comfortable outdoor patio/pool area is so beautiful and private, yet you can still enjoy seeing geese, fish, birds and people walking their dogs on the path. We loved spending mornings and evenings relaxing outside. The pool is so warm and has a nice design. The house was clean and had pretty much all we needed, and had so much to do for all ages. Our teens loved the pool table, swing, hammock, games, puzzles, tennis and nearby waterpark. We loved our bike ride, the peaceful setting and the amazing restaurants! Drivable distance to Scottsdale sites and shopping as well as a few casinos. The hostess was exceptional! She was very kind, helpful and quick to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We are grateful to have had such a wonderful time there together.

Little Paridise

We stayed at this lovely house with our family of 7. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tube, beautiful sunsets, and bird watching. So peaceful & serine. Our grandsons loved the tree swing, paddle boat & fishing. The kids thought it was a “ little paradise.”The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook evening meals and we also enjoyed waffles for breakfast one morning. Quick & easy access to grocery store and shopping center. The house was well stocked with snacks, a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks too! We appreciated Mira’s quick responses to all communication and the check-out instructions were simple; “leave the key in the lock-box. It was a great family vacation!

Best VRBO we've stayed at!!!

We have stayed in many amazing properties for the past years, and none have compared to this one! This house has every luxury, the fire pit, the steaming spa with jets, the trampoline for kids, and a kayak. The beds were super comfortable! My brother loves fishing and he would always catch a few fishes every single time! All ten of us had plenty of room to sleep, shower, and enjoy the beautiful view ! The host was always available to answer any questions within minutes! This property will be the first one I look at and the only one I would want to book when returning to Arizona!

Phenomenal stay!

My gosh, if you have the opportunity to book this home, BOOK it! Pictures do not do justice reflecting how incredibly beautiful this home and the backyard. Spotless furniture and linens, squeaky clean rooms and so much extras you can possibly need, peaceful surroundings and private backyard. It feels like you have your own paradise to yourself only. Mira heated the pool to a comfortable 88-90 degrees. The hot tub was amazing! The beautiful sunset we all enjoyed swimming in the warm pool was unforgettable. I cannot recommend highly enough this listing! THE BEST VACATION ever!

Beautiful home!

I stayed with three family members at this beautiful home for four nights prior to Thanksgiving. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved spending time in backyard viewing the ducks on the lake, using the hot tub, and the propane fire table and lighting was a plus! We were fortunate to have a breathtaking sunset our first evening, which was as perfect as the picture! Mira was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The special welcome, along with other snacks, and beverages were greatly appreciated! I hope to stay at this home again on my next visit to Chandler.

Great house!

We stayed in the house with my family of 5. Three sons aged 16-21. They LOVED the lake and caught several catfish along with a huge 9 pond carp. (They released them all). I enjoyed watching a mother duck with her 3 young ducklings swim by every AM. And the dove song in the mornings while drinking coffee was magical! They have a paddle boat and kayak which I enjoyed using. It is really close to restaurants with almost no traffic. We were there for a national rock climbing comp and it was great to come home and unwind in this great home between events. Also massage chair in the living room (choose “swing mode”) AMAZING! I have to buy one now. The kids also loved the pool table which converts to ping-pong. So perfect place for kids. They had so much fun!! (Great to see them off screens) The host was so kind to provide snacks, a bottle of wine and some other drinks in a drink fridge. What I also loved was…”check-out instructions: Do nothing. Just leave the key in the lock-box” I hate it when I’m on vacation and I have to partially clean the house I’m leaving. We did clean up and put trash out and dishes in DW but so refreshing to not have to worry over a long list of “check-out instructions”. Easy drive to PHX. I was actually surprised how much fun we had for this extended weekend get-away!! Highly recommend!!

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!

We have stayed in many properties before and this one was hands down the very best. There’s so many good things to say, I don’t even know where to begin! For starters, the house is GORGEOUS! Views of the lake, the decor, finishes, everything. In addition, we are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I can honestly say we have never stayed in a cleaner house. Everything from the sheets, the couch covers, the items available to infants and children, the floors, showers, everything was spotless. Literally, corner to corner spotless. The location is perfect! Close to so many restaurants and fun things to do, across the street from convenient places like Starbucks, breakfast places, trampoline park for the kids, and grocery store just to name a few. Aside from all the great things around this house, it’s location on the lake is perfection. All five of us loved the hammock, kayak, swing, trampoline, ping pong table, jacuzzi, and fishing in the lake! Soooo many fish to be caught! Almost every cast ended with a fish on. Most times we come to AZ we go venturing out a lot but this time we were having so much fun at the house, we barely left! If you are traveling with your kids, this house is especially a must. It has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home! The host was amazing, welcoming, easy to talk to, and responded so quickly to any questions we had. With family living in AZ, we travel there quite often and we will never stay at another house again. Such great memories were made here. Do yourself a favor…. Book this! You won’t regret it!
