Plenty of room for our family of 10 and 2 pups! It was the perfect location for our son's wedding. The backyard is tops - like your own personal resort!! The host was magnificent - always quick to reply and answer any questions. This house made our wedding weekend even more special!

The house was perfect for our family! The backyard was a huge hit for everyone. The baby items and beach items were a wonderful addition (pack and play, stroller, high chair, outdoor baby nap bed, umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, wagon) We appreciated the little things as well: hangers, paper towels, soaps, toilet paper, etc. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. The host was prompt with replies to our questions before and during our stay. The location to the airport was ideal for our travelers with little ones - and they liked seeing the planes flying overhead.

This is a sweet home. Nice, family oriented environment. We enjoyed the pool and out door activities. The yard does have nighttime lights which made for a more exciting pickle ball competition. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk through. Showers are hot. Full size laundry available. Very nice linens and towels. We appreciated the beach chairs, unbrellas, cart and coolers. Everything is well thought out.

Back yard is amazing. Our kids and grandkids were in awe. Made for a great week. Couple little issues came up but the owners gave us great service. One minor note the bathroom door squeaks slightly in hallway. Makes some noise at night. We would definitely consider staying there again.

This property has everything you need to feel right at home: spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, even an actual laundry room. The hosts have put their guests’ needs at the top of their list, from everything you need for the beach to basic necessities for personal care and even some much appreciated kitchen extras. (Thank you for the snack basket!) The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. The amenities are more than one might typically expect, and they’re well cared for. You can literally spend an entire vacation day (or two!) at the home and not feel like you wasted a day because there is just so much to do. The pool is perfect and we loved the pickleball court! Laise is very communicative. We had a minor issue with the shower and she sent the handyman right over for an easy fix. Any other questions or needs we had were addressed immediately. She really cares for her guests and it shows. The location is great, with so much to do nearby. I highly recommend this property. It’s a lovely place to make your vacation truly feel like a vacation.

Wonderful Stay with All The Amenities

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we wanted and needed. We spent a lot of time in the backyard as it had so much for kids and adults to do. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.Communication with the host/hostess was fantastic, always quick to reply and very informative.After our stay we left saying, "that was a great house!".

Great property for a large group trip. Property owners were terrific communicators with easy and complete instructions and details of the house. Clean and recently updated. Great outdoor space with pool, pickle ball court, basketball, putting green and kids play area. Great spot!

Pickle ball house

We had a fabulous trip to Sarasota. We used the backyard pool, putting green and pickle ball court all day every day! The bed rooms were beautifully decorated with really updated bedding and kitchen was well stocked. The hosts responded quickly to any questions. We would recommend this property!

Fun backyard

Perfect for a tournament weekend

Great place for a tournament at IMG and Premier. Comfortable beds, accommodated 3 moms and 3 teenage girls perfectly. Outside space kept everyone entertained. Owners were very responsive.

Stayed at the house for a soccer showcase at IMG. Perfect spot to house a couple of teammates and their parents. House was clean, put together, convenient. Hosts were VERY responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend...

Great for large families!

We were in town for a wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate. This house was perfectly located! The venue was a 4 min drive and downtown Sarasota was a10 min drive! The backyard kept our big kids entertained! We were also impressed with the bedrooms! All were decorated beautifully!

Beautiful Home and Perfect Getaway

We booked this house for our family vacation for 12. We had 9 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kiddos, and it was perfect for us all. The house is beautiful and well kept and has everything you can think for entertainment and comfort. The owners communication throughout the process was excellent and I highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to visit again!

Retirement Celebration

This was the perfect house for our family. Everyone had a blast with all of the things to do in the backyard. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon when we went to the beach. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

There is so much to do at the house you couldn’t ever get bored. The pool is amazing, pickle ball was a blast. We had a putting contest with all family members, there’s disc golf, cornhole, big bowling, air hockey, goose ball, huge TV’s with Netflix and many , Hulu, Prime, and many other channels and you haven’t even left the house yet!! The hosts were amazing sending suggestions of what to do in the area and where to grab some great seafood. They were constantly available if we had any questions. I would definitely go back for another family vacation.

Wonderful property!

This rental is fantastic! The house is beautiful and just as shown in the photos. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Everything you can need for meals and entertainment is provided. Our whole crew loved the pool and the fun the backyard games. The location provides easy access to all Sarasota attractions, but with so much to do you may never leave the house! If you get a chance, walk to the authentic Cuban restaurant (Mirna’s) at the end of the road.

A great gathering place. If you want a place that has activities for all ages, this is your place! Response time from owners were fantastic. House curb appeal is severely lacking, no grass in the front and the house needs some maintenance. It was better as you got into the house and the backyard. There is a big game/gathering room for everyone to visit while overlooking backyard and pool. We could never get the WiFi on the tv to work. We were very close to the airport but was still quiet inside the house. It was nice to have toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap already there. When we arrived there were ducks taking up residence in the backyard and lots of poop. The owners sent someone over immediately to clean it up. After some research, I discovered keeping balls floating in the pool kept them away. The owners provided them right away. The kitchen was stocked with lots of glasses and dishes, would be nice to have big serving bowls and platters. Also, more blankets for the bedrooms would be nice. If you plan on bringing your dogs, you may need to walk them fortheir potty needs as there was no grass in the back yard. All in all a good place to stay and felt like the price was okay.

Great experience

The hosts were very responsive and extremely easy to work with. Their check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They let us know dates when maintenance was going to be done (trash cans taken out, pool maintenance, etc..) The house itself is well-stocked. * Plenty of towels, dishes, glasses for our party of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). * The beds were extremely comfortable. * Two great indoor living areas for socializing * Pool was in great shape with plenty of pool toys to enjoy * Tons of outdoor seating * Well-stocked kitchen We were thrilled with this rental for our family Christmas celebration! Highly recommend!
