Amazing vacation in Rancho Santana! Jan, the host, was super responsive to our needs. The property and grounds are beautiful, and the home is in an amazing location close to the Inn and beaches. Spectacular sunset views.

Property is in a great spot in Rancho Santana that is close to the two main restaurants. House is fantastic with beautiful views. AC is nice and cold.

Amazing property!

House is perfect, went there for our kids spring break and view is unbelievable. House is perfect for our family! Jan is a great host with excellent recommendations from places to surf to places to eat.

Best Views in Rancho

We stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. Both Casa Ensuenos and Rancho Santana exceeded expectations that were already very high.

Jan's home is beautiful in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and a good restaurant. Jan was especially accomodating. He was full of good ideas and local knowledge. He could not have been a better host. The house is both beautiful with great views and a wonderful place to relax!

Epic home, epic view, amazing surf-can’t wait to come back !

Our host Jan was awesome and so was his house! Spectacular views of the surf break out front and easy access to the beach. The home was well appointed and in immaculate shape. Excellent communication and the concierge team at the resort took good care of us by stocking groceries and helping us make reservations. All in all a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful house in Rancho Santa Ana

This house was spectacular and is perfectly located within Rancho Santa Ana, it is close to the main club house and closed to La Boquita restaurant; very conveniently located to access the amazing amenities that Rancho has to offer. The pictures are pretty accurate, I stayed there with my family of 4 and my parents and we felt very comfortable. We never missed a sunset; the view is amazing. Jan was a great host!

Ideal Location in Rancho Santana

This was our second visit to RS but first time staying in this property. The house is wonderful - has an entire upstairs "loft" with separate bath and patio, plenty of outdoor living space and incredible views. There's a pink sand beach (with a restaurant and pool) within a 3-4 minute walk, and the main structures of Rancho Santana are a 2 minute drive away. The host is extremely helpful and friendly and the house has all the necessary amenities. Note - it's best to have a 4WD vehicle to access this property (and most on the ranch) given the steep, mostly unpaved roads.

If we could rate this property 100 stars we would. This home is beautiful and contains everything that a family needs to have a wonderful vacation. First of all the views are breathtaking with panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean including Playa Rosada, an excellent point break. There are multiple surf breaks within reach of Rancho Santana, including Colorados, Panga Drops, The Perfect Peak in the back yard and Santana Beach. Other world class are just a few minutes drive. The home has a gourmet kitchen, multiple patios and outside spaces to enjoy the beauty. The home was well thought out for entertainment both inside and outside. The landscaping and beautiful colors were awesome. The host Jan was very accommodating and shared with us the best surf breaks and was great.. On top of everything the amenities of Rancho Santana were first class and the best Nicaragua has to offer. When the guys went surfing, the ladies had a great place to sun by the beautiful pool overlooking Playa Santana, or to ride horses or to relax at the zen like Spa for a massage and pampering. We felt secure and the laid back atmosphere of the resort was relaxing. We will be back soon.
