Altos de Colorado er en splinterny luksuriøst indrettet ejendom beliggende på sandet i den vagteregulerede golfbanesamfund Hacienda Iguana, lige vest for Tola, Nicaragua. Altos de Colorado kan prale af 8000 kvadratmeter boligareal på over en tredje hektar stor ejendom ved stranden.

Denne luksuriøse ejendom har 5 soveværelser (2 Master) og 5 1/2 badeværelser og har en af de største private pools på stranden i hele Hacienda Iguana. Huset ligger lige foran surfbrættet i verdensklasse Playa Colorados og en 5 minutters sandgang syd for Ponga Drops, et andet surf-pause i verdensklasse. Huset sover komfortabelt 12 personer i 5 soveværelser (hvoraf det ene er en meget privat 'bryllupsrejse' casita), hver med deres egne smukke skræddersyede skabe og granitborde med smukke stenvaske. Som nævnt tidligere er to af soveværelserne master-suiter ... hver med sit eget bad i fuld størrelse, hvoraf det ene er et jacuzzi-badekar! Begge Master Suites har udsigt over brændingen, mens de bare ligger i din king size seng! Hvert af de andre soveværelser har Twin XL-senge, som kan skubbes sammen for at skabe en king size seng. Disse ekstra soveværelser har egne walk-in-closets med indbyggede insider til masser af opbevaring. Alle værelser er uafhængigt af aircondition afkølet for maksimal komfort og energieffektivitet og er bekvemt placeret på stueetagen for en hurtig udgang til surf og sand! På anden sal er et smukt indrettet stort køkken med overdimensioneret ø-madlavningsområde, et spiseborde både inde og ude (på anden sal veranda) stort nok til stedindstillinger til fjorten og en meget stor anden sal terrasse med en 36 tommer bred indbygget gas-BBQ perfekt til fester med udsigt til surfbranden fra enten Colorados eller Ponga Drops!

Ovenpå og nedenunder stuer er udstyret med storskærms-tv og Blu-Ray / DVD-afspillere. Der er også 40-tommers WiFi Smart TV i hvert af soveværelserne med Blu-Ray DVD-afspillere også til rådighed for hvert tv. Netflix kan streames på hvert tv.

Observationsdækket på 3. sal har en hidtil uset udsigt over hele Hacienda Iguana fra Colorados op til Ponga Drops og Los Perros / Rancho Santana ... perfekt til surf / landskabsfotografering ... eller bare hænge ud for at tjekke surfen, se smukke solnedgange, uanset hvad!

Altos de Colorado har også højhastighedsinternet i hele huset og en helhus-sikkerhedskopieringsgenerator og for at undgå enhver potentiel strømafbrydelse.

Vores ejendomsadministrator er også en boligejer i vores samfund, så han og hans personale vil imødekomme alle dine behov 24 timer i døgnet, 7 dage om ugen. Beach Trip

My friends and I very much our stay at the house, the house was very clean as well as all the amenities, including the pool. The property manager was also very helpful, the refrigerator was not working properly and within a few hours he had arranged for a new one to be delivered. I would highly recommend this house to any one looking to visit the coast and do some surfing or just beach lounging.

Incredible surf getaway

If you’re a surfer, then there is nothing better than this VRBO. It is right on an incredible break and a beautiful beach. My friends and I stayed there and had a complete blast. In fact, one of the days we were there was probably one of the most beautiful days of our lives. The waves were pristine and the sunset was magnificent. David, the property manager, helped us whenever we needed anything. Daniel, the owner, was very helpful as well. Finally, get the catering! The chef is absolutely awesome! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Best location in Playa Colorados!

The most ideal location for guests who surf! We could watch our husbands and kids from the perfect pool and all the decks. We scored with waves and it was difficult to not just lay in the pool and watch! The house is a great size for two families (10 guests) with lots of public space and the bedrooms are spacious enough to hang out in with well working AC. The staff are attentive and kind! We will definitely be coming back to this home in the future!

This property is amazing. It’s immaculately kept and the staff that works at the house is amazing. Great surfing out front and plenty of activities for my family. We can’t say enough good things about the property.

Surf Trip

We had a boys surf trip for a total of 7 who all stayed at the house. Even with that many people we were all still very comfortable. The location of the house right in front of Colorados was absolutely perfect. You can walk down the steps from the backyard right onto the sand and waking a few steps to the ocean. You can’t get any better than that if you’re a surfer or love the ocean. The food from the chefs/maids was some of the best food i have ever had. I will be coming back to this house for many years to come. Also a shoutout to Matteo who was our surf guide/manager who took care of all our needs. 5 stars all around.

Stayed over New Year's eve and it was absolutely incredible. David was fantastic and helped us arrange everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

2 weeks surfing and vacation family trip

The house is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The daily service was an added bonus. The location is perfect. The best spot on the Colorado beach. The only negatives were the poor WiFi service and lots of creatures (bugs).

This was our second time staying here and it was as great as the first time! It is a perfect location right on the Colorados surf break where I could sit by the pool and watch my kids and husband surf! The staff was amazing and took care of our every need. The catering is outstanding and you must do it!

So Stoked!

This house is absolutely amazing. The house is right on the beach, in front of the surf break. Great surfing and nice long walks on the beach everyday! The house itself is beautiful. There are plenty of rooms, and enough space for our party of eight. The private gated community is safe and has lots to offer. What really made the stay was the staff. We loved Martha and all of her meals. She was attentive to our dietary restrictions, and after a long morning of surfing, her breakfasts were delicious. All of the meals were some of the best we have had. The rest of the staff was just as accommodating. We definitely plan to stay in this house again! Such an awesome trip. I highly recommend staying at this house and contacting Nica 365. Thank you Thank you for making us feel at home!

NICA DREAM HOUSE

Everything was amazing! We booked the house for our honeymoon trip and we will for sure be back. The house was beautiful and it was right in front of the waves. The staff was amazing as well as the Owners. We exchanged several emails ahead of time and everyone was super responsive and helpful. David helped to arrange transportation from Costa Rica and back. Once at the house David and Iain made contact with us immediately and made sure everything was going well. The staff at the house really made the trip. Cecilia, Lucia, and Roberto are THE BEST! We really enjoyed our time with them. They truly made our stay special. The pictures are amazing, but it doesn't do this house justice. The layout is perfect and the sunsets from the 3rd story deck are priceless. We truly would not change a thing. Thank you for helping to make our honeymoon so extremely special and beautiful! (We will be recommending this house to as many people as possible!)

Wow. Altos De Colorado was the best! Located at the Surf Break

We had the best time. It was such an amazing experience. David and Lain organized our transfer to and from the house. They also answered all questions we had while we were in the US. Once we arrived the were awesome. They set up massages for us daily and surf board rentals and private yoga instruction. We informed them before we got there that we would like to set up a private chef for our entire stay. The chef (Marta) was awesome. She was so sweet and she was an amazing chef. Fresh fruit, Fresh Fish, fresh juice every day. She cooked three meals a day for us. Top quality food. We were so grateful. We also had housekeeping services in the morning each day included. We came down with four couples and we all had our own rooms with King beds and bathrooms. Such an awesome trip. I highly recommend staying at this house and contacting Nica 365. Thank you Thank you,

The perfect getaway!

Our vacation was 10/10 from start to finish! I had a lot of questions for David and James before our trip and they answered everything promptly via email. It seemed to good to be true walking into the house at first. Then once I saw the amazing pool on the edge of the beautiful beach/ocean I thought... what did I do to deserve this? We all felt like royalty. The staff did an amazing job making our stay as comfortable as possible. The cleaning lady, cooks, pool guy and security were all so friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Iain was incredible. He hooked us up with anything we wanted. Surf boards, tee times at the golf course, massages on the pool deck(by a professional, not him) and a tour of the community. Such a good guy. And of course the beach is beautiful!! With sweet surf breaks right in front of the house. I need to go back!

Beautiful house. Great location.

Property is exactly as pictured. Maybe better if that's possible. Property is very clean and well-maintained . Staff was amazing. They prepared great food and the cleaning staff was always present. Ownership and management were very helpful. And quick with the security deposit refund. The drive from the airport could be long if you have kids but once there it's amazing. It is in an isolated location with limited restaurants and attractions. But excursions can be setup easily through the management group. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone.

Paradise!

It takes your breath away when you enter the lst floor of the house and look out to the pool and ocean beyond! We loved everything about staying here and are already planning next year's trip. We were a group of 8 and used all 5 bedrooms (one of which is a garage apartment out front). The four bedrooms are on the ground floor with a living area downstairs in addition to the large great room upstairs which is kitchen, dining, and living combined. Each bedroom has its own bath and the two larger bedrooms have incredible ocean views from bed. We felt totally safe at the house - never even had a key and never locked the house. There was always staff on the property - a guard at night and housekeeper during the day. The team from NIca365 were terrific and took great care of us... whatever we needed they provided. I highly recommend having them cook meals for you. We had massages two days and did two side trips. Granada is a little far for a day trip. Wish we had stopped for a night there on our way in rather than take a day away from this great house to go... We cancelled our day trip to Imotepe because none of us wanted to leave again. Our afternoon outing to Rivas was fun and just a few hours. We saw a turtle lay eggs right in front of the house and there were monkeys in the trees one morning. Lots of birds. A house is under construction next door so the house is not quite as private as it appears on google earth but still fine. A great beach - only one surfer in our group - but the rest of us loved boogie boarding, body surfing, playing in the warm ocean, and walking the beach.

Surf honeymoon paradise in Nicaragua!!

Where do I begin and where do I stop talking about how amazing this place is?!?!?! Communication with the owners was simple and while in Nicaragua, Dave the property manager took excellent care of us. We stayed at the house (okay it's really a surf mansion) for 5 days for our honeymoon. We couldn't think of a better place to stay. My husband would wake up early, surf Colorado barreling steps from the house, then I'd wake up for fresh brewed coffee and Gisela cooking this insane breakfast for us. We'd then go for a walk and explore the basically deserted beach right out front or swim in the infinity pool. Daily the house is being tended to and kept immaculate. There is also security 24 hours a day. The first night we were sitting out when we actually saw the guard walking around the property with a flashlight, so we felt even more safe than we did within Hacienda Iguana. Gisela also cooked us dinner which was absolutely amazing - chicken, fish, shrimp, lobster! The best meals we had in Nicaragua. Panga Drop, another surf break is a little further north up the beach as well along with another break further up closer to the rocks (can't remember the name of the break). So perfect to have 3 places to surf within right outside the most epic house on the beach. Oh and at night, go to the 3rd floor observation deck and check out the stars - insane. I've never seen so many! We can't wait to visit again. We will definitely come back, but I don't think we'll be allowed to come alone, all of our friends said they are coming with us next time. Whether coming for a surf trip or a surf honeymoon, Altos De Colorado will blow your mind!

Far Exceeded Expectations

Reading the other reviews , there is not much to add, the description and the pictures of the house don't do it justice. The views were something from the postcard. The house was designed specifically for large groups. But what really made a difference and made our vacation memorable was the crew: David was wonderful and accomdating, nothing was beyond his capabilities...ziplining, sailboating on a catamaran, horseback riding, surfing lessons, day trips to Granada were all arranged by David and the crew of NICA365. The food prepared by the chefs were delicious, plenty of fruit, and snacks between the meals. I could not have asked for better house, better crew or a better host. We will be back...

From previous reviews, I knew the house and trip would be amazing, but it exceeded our group's expectations. Altos de Colorado is an unbelievable beachfront house. Everything was top notch! From the beautiful house and pool, to the staff at the house from Nica365, we could not have asked for more. David was there to make sure our needs and daily adventures were taken care of. We were able to do everything from surf/fishing trips and ATV adventures to Zip lining and tours of Granada. The wives were even able to set up massages at the house. Gabby's daily breakfast and dinner selections were amazing! Fresh fish, chicken, steak, squeezed juices.....I could go on and on! Lucia and the rest of the staff took care of everything else we needed at the house. Surf at Colorados was amazing. You will not find a better beach break anywhere else in Nica. All of the kids (ages 6-13) cannot stop talking about how much fun they had. I would make this an annual trip! Thank you for making our family vacation one to remember.

SURF ROYALTY!!!

Nothing in Hacienda Iguyana compares to Altos De Colorado. Simply the best house on the best break! You will feel like "Surf Royalty". The house is very well done with privacy for everyone and a huge great room for coming together each evening to share tales of the day and to enjoy grilled lobster that the fish man will deliver to your door! For the ladies in the group, we had Kimie come everyday to do a private yoga class for us on the beach front patio and the massage ladies from Rivas came every afternoon. We lounged on the 3rd floor sun deck and watched the surf action. Felt like being at the spa. the house keeper Lucia is wonderful!!! You have to know when it does not get any better!!!

Simply Heaven!

Everything you could wish for - gorgeous setting right on the beautiful sandy beach, spacious, incredible staff, and wonderful catering team! My husband and I took our adult children and their significant others as a Christmas gift and had one of the most memorable holidays ever - and we travel a lot! This home is exactly as described in the listing, and I would even go further and say that in actual fact, words can't really describe this heaven on earth! The owners, and Nicaragua365 team were extremely accommodating and bent over backwards to make this a trip for the record books. We loved waking up in the morning, having coffee or tea on one of the decks or patios, walking the long stretch of sandy beach, having a dip in the pool, or a morning surf, and then coming in to a sumptuous brunch all beautifully prepared in local tradition. The 365 team arranged transportation to and from the airport, and gave us a tour of a few local sites. Stunning scenery abounds in Nicaragua and there is no shortage of things to do or excursions to embark on. I'm almost hesitant to write this review as I kind of want to keep this hidden gem hidden - actually, it's already too late! We had minor issues with Wifi, and a bit of a problem with the fridge, but the management team did everything possible to rectify these. We would definitely return and have already recommended this amazing vacation home to family as well as guests at a subsequent resort we visited!

House located directly in front of Playa Colorados, a world-class surfing beach which hosted the 2012 International Surfing Association Grand Masters Championship in epic barreling surf!

For surfers this beach is unique because of the offshore winds which groom the waves into perfect barrels all day long, about 300 days out of the year...you can surf from days first light and into the evening without worry about conditions getting blown out.
