Guest will have fully private access to this 1-bedroom condominium, a parking space, as well as access to the communal spaces at Intima resort, primarily the outdoor swimming pool.

FAQ
How far are we from the beach?
Moving around Tulum is quite easy, if you rent a bike, the nearest beach would be at around 30 minutes away from our properties. Or by car, 15 minutes away.

Is the pool or plunge pool hot?
None of them are heated, since the normal temperature in Tulum is 28 ° C (Cold Water)

Closest shop/convenience store?
We recommend our guest to bring their own grocery shopping. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car. You can either go to “Super Aki” or “Chedraui” or convenience store 3 m in walking away

Do we modify reservations?
We do not modify any confirmed reservation due to external things to us, we can only extend reservation dates if we have availability.

Can I have more friends over in the property?
External people from the original confirmed reservation are not allowed in the property.

The Neighborhood:
La Veleta is a growing neighborhood, so there are a lot of little restaurants to find, but also still keeps jungle. Very near from the principal street and from a shortcut to the street that leads to the beach.

The home is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya in Tulum. Additionally La Veleta is a safe residential area a few minutes from the center of Tulum, surrounded by jungle, cenotes and beaches. 5 minutes away by car and 10 minutes away by bike from the best beaches in Tulum! There are lots of restaurants and beautiful cafes nearby.

Passions Casual Cuisine and Cocktail is our private club, open during the day and evening to provide food and beverage service to our Intima Resort Tulum guests. You are welcome to dine in our restaurant palapa, poolside or request room service. Our bar is conveniently surrounded by the palapa, pool and communal hot tub so you can walk up, swim up or continue relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite cocktail..

Getting Around:
Most of our guests rent a car so they can move freely and go to Tulum center, to the hotel zone and visit all the amazing places that are around. Inside Tulum you can take taxis or you can rent a bike!

There’s also a bus station from a company called ADO just about 5 minutes away from Intima Resort that you can take to go to many places like the airport, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, etc. About 3 USD for a taxi ride from the ADO Bus terminal.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that La Veleta is a developing neighborhood with unpaved roads, adding a sense of adventure to your stay. As we are nestled in the jungle, bugs may occasionally be present. Power outages are possible but rest assured that the condo is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

Around the pool area, you will find almost everyone goes nude, while many of our owners and guests dress for dinner and in the evenings.
