Great facility, clean apartment in walkable neighborhood with very nice pool and gym. Good communications with management company. If you are booking you will have to pay both thus and the management company contrary to the this site’s policy of only paying through it.There were many missing standard items upon our arrival: dishware, glassware, mixing bowl, serving bowls, baking dishes, kitchen towels, bath linens, ironing board, and adequate hangers, to name a few. There were only two bath towels for two full bathrooms, in poor condition. There were no bath mats or face cloths. There was only one entrance key and one amenities access card which was bad for two guests. The second key and access card were delivered on Day Ten of our stay despite immediate notification to the management company. Check-in took an inordinate amount of time because the security desk personnel couldn't find anything about our check-in. After shuffling through papers and finally making a phone call, we got into our apartment, The VFBO website listed a dishwasher, rooftop access, and two beds for four people, a queen and double bed. However there was one queen bed and one twin. The dishwasher, bbq grill, and rooftop access were wrongly stated. The management company did bring a thin air mattress for the second bedroom but no pump. The mgmt company said we could leave with refund but since we did not stay all 61 days the rate was different and charged against the reservation. No recourse
