As a guest at 61 Sunfish, you will have access to the entire vacation home, which includes all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and multiple private outdoor seating areas. Additionally, you'll have access to a washer & dryer, and high-speed internet.

This property is located in a residential neighborhood, so guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 pm.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Pets are not allowed, so please do not bring any animals with you.
The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests, and only those listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
Please be aware that there is no parking allowed on the street in front of the property. Guests can park in the driveway and garage.
The garage is not available for guest use, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway.
The property is equipped with a security camera at the front door for added safety and security.
Guests will be provided with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags, but are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed.
The property has a keypad lock for easy and secure access. The code will be provided to guests prior to their arrival.
Guests are asked to treat the property with care and respect, and to report any damages or issues to the host as soon as possible.
