Casa Gio at Las Conchas is a beautiful and spacious custom home with contemporary beach-style decorations. This house is perfect for a big group of family/friends getaway. It has amazing views of the ocean and it is only 5-8 minutes/200 meters walking distance from the beach. It sleeps a maximum amount of 16 people comfortably. Large spacious lower patio with a beautiful private pool and bbq area with sink. The house also has a second seating area on the spacious upper terrace.

5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms, 2 Half Bathrooms, 2 Car Garage, and Plenty of Additional Secure Gated Parking on the Side.

There is one Master Bedroom with King Bed & Full Bathroom on the Upper Level, and 4 Bedrooms on the Lower Main Level, 3 of which have King Beds, and the other has 3 Bunk Beds (Full Mattresses on the bottom and Twin Mattresses on the top). There are 3 Full Bathrooms on the Lower Main Level. There is a Half Bathroom adjacent to the Kitchen on the Upper Level, and a Half Bathroom outside by the pool. The Upper Level has a full kitchen with all the essentials, a large gathering family room and dining area, and multiple sliding doors that open to the expansive terrace outside with great views, seating areas, and another outside dining area/table.

Guests will be able to access the entire space, except for 3 owners` closets, and the roof access due to solar panels and for safety. There are new Large/High capacity washer and dryers available for use also. Pets are allowed with extra fee ($100/pet) and subject to following pet rules for property in addition to neighborhood/city laws

We loved the property. Roomy, homey and beautiful views. Jared was a great host. The beach was just down the street, nice sandy. Lots of secured parking. Easy to go to store, down town and boat rides. We would book again with a large group. Thanks Jared

Great for our 2 families

Great location with a spectacular view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins! The bunk room was great for the kids.

PEŃASCO Doctors Visit

Our group of 10 to 13 visits peńasco every 2 months and this house has been the best stay so far.

Great stay!!

We had a great trip with 4 families and kids. All the adults had their own room with a King size bed. The pool was a big plus for us and the kids. It was a little difficult getting to the beach with the kids but once we got to the beach it was great. We would definitely recommend this house to others and would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Gio!We had 3 families with 12 people and the house was perfect for us all to have space but also be together.The beach just across the road was great for our kids ages 4-12. The pool was not heated and it wasn’t really warm enough for us to swim in it during our stay but we found lots of other fun things to do. The host was so friendly and great at answering all our questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful view,very clean.Owner very responsive and congenial.Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone with a group of 10 or more. A bit far out of town and a few maintenance issues but overall a great stay.

Clinic

Group of 14 in town for a weekend so we need a large accommodation.The house is beautiful and fits our needs perfectly.A bit away from downtown which allows quiet and peace.Ocean view,small pool for cooling off,kitchen well stocked with utensils dish ware.Owner very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great House

This was a great home to rent it had multi bedrooms and bathrooms, All the beds were great, Everything was clean and everything you need in the kitchen. It's close enough to walk to the beach. had multi washers and dryers in garage. I think this is one of the best homes i have rented in Penasco. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful House!

This house is so pretty! And it’s located in a good neighborhood very quiet and has amazing views! The communication with the host was great, he was very attentive and if something was needed he was quick to reply. I would definitely recommend updating the outside furniture. There is also vendors that drive by so that was a good perk.

Great place!

This house was great! All bedrooms had a bathroom, but one. The rooms are very spacious, parking is great. They have a double car garage, driveway, and additional parking on the side of the house with a gate to secure your vehicles. I thought it was odd the kitchen is on the second floor but it was not a problem. Only one bedroom on the second floor, the rest are downstairs. The pool area is great. You do have ocean views but to get to the beach is a bit of a walk. Overall, I recommend this place! Very equipped, even has detergent which was great!

Awesome property on great location!

This property is awesome and is within a 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Las Conchas. Surprisingly, there are no rocks on the beach here. All rooms have its own ac unit with the exception of the room upstairs that shared the same central unit of the second floor. The Kitchen is located upstairs with access to a wonderful terrace. The pool, while being a little small, is a big plus for the kids. Despite we had some minor issues when we arrived, the owner was very responsive and took care of everything right away. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Peñasco.

Big house, lot's of space

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Gio. Plenty of room for our group of 15, ranging in age from 2½ to 82. The pool is a nice change of pace for the younger kids when the tide is high. Lot's of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the scenery. The host was quickly responsive to anything we mentioned and very accomodating. Only thing I'd change is adding another couch to the living space. We had to use dining chairs and the ottoman and squish together when everyone wanted to watch a movie or congregate in the same room together.

Birthday celebration

We had a great time at Casa Gio, the view is beautiful and the beach is just a 2 min walk. The house has all the accommodations necessary for your stay. It was easy to getting with door code. The pool was clean. We just found some things that were not right. Like the kitchen stove doesn't have enough pressure it takes a long time to cook. Same issue with the grill outside. The bunk bed bedroom restroom has really bad mold in the shower.

Hi Claudia, we appreciate your genuine feedback! We’ve already cleaned and corrected the mildew issue in the bathroom from the high humidity, and the other small todos you shared with me as well. We determined the grill and stove low pressures was due to vapor lock and just needed the lines bled. If I knew about the gas pressure issue we could have had the maintenance take care of why you were there, I’m sorry about that. But thank you again and we would welcome you back any time!!

Gorgeous House!

8 of us stayed here over the last weekend. The house is exactly as described, fully stocked, and was very spacious. We could have easily fit 4-5 more people without feeling crowded. The beach is only a few minute walk, and a short drive over to the resort area. My only complaint about the house was that it was not very clean when we checked in. The kitchen counters were covered in something sticky which had attracted a bunch of ants, and the bed sheets were sandy. Considering that guests pay a cleaning fee, I’d have expected the basic cleaning to have been done prior to our arrival. These things didn’t stop us from having a good time, but it was a bit frustrating to have to clean the kitchen before we could unpack our things and the ants were present for our entire trip. I’d for sure stay here again though!

Lovely Home in Las Conchas

House is perfect for large family. We thought it was closer to the beach than it really was. It's quite a hike. Great thing was we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. Water shortage in the town was out of the owners hands but he made sure we had enough for our stay. Any issues we had Jared was on it, all issues were resolved. Know that what ever comes up he is quick to solve any issue. We were there in October so the pool was too cold to use, water was warmer at the beach. Kitchen is well supplied. But if you bring extra garbage bags, dish towels, paper towels, lighter and a good can opener you will be all set!! The house is well supplied with very nice bath and beach towels. Beds were very comfortable! Jared was an amazing host!

Casa Gio- Beauty and Relaxation by the Beach

We drove into Puerto Penasco/Las Conchas from Los Angeles via the San Luis Border crossing. Casa Gio was very easy to find via google maps. The property is as described and looks exactly like the pictures. The walk to the beach was 7-10 minutes with our family of 10 (Age 6-70 years). The property owner, Jared, was extremely friendly and responsive to our questions. There was a water shortage in the city of Las Conchas at during the time of our stay but we were cautious and did not run out of water during our stay. Jared was kind enough to even have a water tanker come and top off the house supply on our first nights stay. The home was clean but there were a few straggler crickets here and there. We used the BBQ grill near the pool and had a blast. Kids enjoyed the small 3-4 foot deep swimming pool in the backyard. There was also a shower in the backyard which helped with getting all the sand off and keeping the home clean. The kitchen was gorgeous with upgraded appliances. And the view from the family room was absolutely stunning. All bedrooms/bathrooms were large and tastefully furnished. We parked one car in the garage and the van in the secured parking area located on the side of the house. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book here again.
