We have stayed here before and were happy to see it was available the weekend we were returning to Rocky Point. This is a fantastic place with a very nice layout on a gorgeous section of beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious. Perfect access to the beach. The beach was so nice and most times it felt as if it was a private beach.

Muchas Gracias Chuck!Everything was superb!! My family and I have been renting homes in Las Conchas, Puerto Penasco for over 30 years and without a doubt Casa Playa was the BEST!! It accommodated our family perfectly. Everything matched the description and the house is obviously well-maintained. We were so impressed that the kitchen was so well-stocked with glassware, dishes, mixing bowls, flatware, utensils, cutlery, pans of all sizes, etc. The beach is pristine, the views are breathtaking and to top it off - it's pet friendly! The coolest thing about staying at Casa Playa is knowing that 100% of the rental fees go to Barb's Dog Rescue. I adopted my dog Scout from BDR in 2020. She's the love of my life! We will definitely be renting Casa Playa again!Joey M

Nice large house, clean drinking water, nice showers and right on the beach. Downstairs studio is cool but not very private.

We had the perfect family vacation! The property was everything we hoped it would be and more. The property was well maintained, convenient access to restaurants, shopping, local sites. Perfect property for a large group. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely book this property again in the future.

Best place we have stayed at in awhile

Our annual trip to RP is always a little bit different with different family and friends. This year, we choose a nicer, bigger place to call home for the weekend. This place did not disappoint. Great location away from the rocks on the beach and a house large enough for everyone without being on top of everyone. We will look to see if this place is available for our next trip down.

My new favorite place!!

Pasta playa was outstanding. The pictures do not do it justice. I've stayed at many houses in los conchas and this is by far the best. There's plenty of space downstairs, it is not clear on the description, but there is a king size bed that pulls out and it was perfect for our mother. Highly recommended!! Any issues Oceano concierge ricardo took care of everything immediately and even arranged our activities

Great stay

Had everything we needed in the kitchen except forks. Weird, I know. I gave four stars because there was no comfortable chairs on the patio. And the honeymoon sweet had bugs. Otherwise this place was very nice and the location was fantastic!
