Aristides Villanueva Avenue, where much of the nightlife and gastronomy of the city is concentrated, is just a few minutes walk or drive away.
This accommodation is in a building with character, which, although not old, has retained some of its original charm, providing a cozy and authentic atmosphere.
The property has a bedroom with a queen size bed, secondary bedroom with two single beds.
It has a small private patio.
The living room has a large and comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a single bed.

We chose this area because it is ideal for walking, jogging or biking.
With very good access and all roads renovated to facilitate transportation to the city center, which is very close.
You have access to the area with the greatest nightlife in the city, just a few minutes walking along the beautiful cycle path, by car or through all the public transportation options that the city offers, such as buses, trains or bicycles.
