Guests will have access to the entire main residence during their stay. Guests will have access to the entire main residence, but please note there is a separate casita on the opposite side of the property as well. It is unlikely that you would see the other guests aside from driving on /off property.

• 30-night minimum stay • No Smoking • Guests ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: garage access and street parking available for guests • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.
• Please note there is a detached separate guest house on the property as well. Guests will not have access to the guest house unless expressly agreed upon in advance, for an additional fee.
