Pet waste can damage the highly sensitive garden. Violations result in a $2,000 fine and removal from the property.
🦮 Service dogs are welcome but must remain with their handler at all times. Unattended dogs may be turned over to animal control and incur a $400 cleaning fee.
🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Violations will result in a $2,000 fine + damages, immediate eviction, and no refunds.
🏡 Please treat our home with care so future guests — and your future visits — can enjoy it too.
🚭 NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON THE DECK
Smoking inside the home, front porch, or deck will result in a $500 odor-removal fee.

🐻 MOUNTAIN & WILDLIFE NOTICE 🐻
🌲 Being in the mountains, you may occasionally encounter:
• Insects & bugs
• Mice
• Outdoor wildlife
We maintain regular pest control, but keeping doors closed helps prevent critters from entering.
🐻 Bears are common in the Smokies, especially May–November.
You may occasionally see a mama bear and cubs nearby.
⚠️ Please DO NOT:
• Approach or feed wildlife
• Leave food/drinks in vehicles or outdoors as wildlife
• Leave grills unattended
🚗 Keep vehicles locked at all times as wildlife may access vehicle
👶 Supervise children outdoors
🚪 Keep doors and sliding glass doors closed during bear season
