Beautiful and cozy apartment in Vega Baja just steps from the most beautiful beach in the area. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (plus on-request twin-sized rollaway bed), 55" TV, A/C in bedroom. Comfortable living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, and gated private parking for 1 car. Second floor @ Mare Blu Building, no elevator. Tourist area, near supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

A delightful little place in a lovely part of PR. Hosts were very responsive, all instructions were clear and there were little niceties to help with the occasional noise that one comes to expect in PR. The beach is walkable but easier with a car and it’s only 5 to park.

This apartment is thoughtfully set up for your arrival. You are so close to the beach that you can hear the waves breaking on the shore! The security gates and doors were easy to use and provided an extra layer of comfort for newcomers. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, bakery, and grocery store was super convenient. We found it quieter during the week compared to the weekend. The included Parking spot was a great convenience. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We would stay here again.

Amazing Apt. Angel-Luis and Andrea are wonderful hosts! The Apartment is so clean. Mare-Blu is surrounded by the beautiful ocean. Three beaches near by, one of which is a 2 minute walk. The beach is beautiful. Food trucks all around with good food. A little hidden gem, Insananos restaurant by the bakery was absolutely delicious food. We actually extended our stay for another week. Easy traveling around the Island.

Our stay was wonderful! The apt. Was so nice! Everything we needed was available even snorkeling equipment! The Apt. Is close to three beaches. Playa Port Nuevo was a few minute walk. The apt. had, beach chairs, umbrella, mats and a cooler in the refrigerator. Several food trucks with delicious food. Awesome breakfast place, Panakeia and lunch and dinner is a must at Insanos! The food is absolutely delicious. Easy travel to Old SanJuan and the rain forest! Thank you all to Mar Blue for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay on the beach

Perfectly sized one bedroom apartment, located directly across from the local beach in Vega Baja with gated parking. The apartment was very clean and had a full kitchen, cozy living room, sizable bedroom and clean bathroom. The hosts were great and checked in with us a couple of times throughout the stay over Vrbo messages. They also included money and laundry detergent to use at the on-property laundry area, and left beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for us to use at the beach etc. Would definitely recommend staying here!

New Year trip

Great property and great trip. A little noisey from the bars on the weekend Lost power for 24 hours (whole island was out) but the owners were gracious and stayed in communication with us the whole time. Angel came by and collected the fan/flashlight batteries for a few hours to make sure they were charged . We had a grest trip dcharged

All you could ask for!

In a nutshell, perfect spot! Oceal is 250 feet away, amazing beach, less than a 5 minute walk. If you're looking for big city energy, not your place. That being said numerous restaurants and bars right there and a safe happy atmosphere. One of our favorite things was grabbing some drinkdls and sitting on the sea wall at night. The stars and sound of the ocean were epic!!! Cannot wait to go back!!

Second honeymoon home run

Andres and company exceeded our expectations. We heard Puerto Nuevo was many folks favorite beach. Our two and a half week stay just got sweeter as we settled in. I enjoyed some fishing and relaxing with my wife on the beaches. The highlight was making friends with our PR neighbors who were renting next door. We enjoyed meeting Andre very much and are very grateful for his world class hospitality.

Our second time staying at Mare Blue and We really enjoyed our stay again. Angel y Andres made sure everything ran smoothly from check in to check out. Only minor issue was the noises in the morning as the building was getting worked on. The Traffic around the complex was not an issue at all, we understand it is normal in that neighborhood. You have Puerto Nuevo beach, Pizza Marina, Pa, Casa e Sisi y La Fritanga…SUPER UNIQUE spots walking distance from Mare Blue. Can’t wait to be back!!!

Cute condo, great location: with some caveats!

The condo was great for the price. It was very clean and had good amenities. I wish there was an AC unit in the living room as well as the bedroom, but we rigged up a fan system that worked fine. Check in and owner communication was great, it was all a breeze. The proximity to the beach and bars was fantastic. Here's where the caveat comes into play. The condo has no noise cancellation at all. In some cases it doesn't even have glass in the windows, just storm shutters. You are about 75 yards from the main road in town and people love driving the road with their music VERY VERY VERY loud all evening, especially on the weekends. I cannot understate how loud it was until about midnight. Monday was quite a bit better, but still had the occasional car stereo. Overall, I think this place would be fantastic for a younger couple wanting to spend nights out at the beach and the bars. If you are looking for a relaxing night in, this may not be the condo for you.
