Nice view

We loved our view! The condo could use some work, one thing we noticed with the refrigerator, it ran very loud. Over all the time condo was clean and functional.

I will start with the positives. The staff at the Inn is so nice! The front desk super helpful. The cabana boys…..awesome. Everyone is just so nice there. It becomes a little community with the guests and the employees. The view is next level and that’s pretty much what you are paying for. Also, I appreciate that beach gear was left available from past tenants. This is a super basic studio condo. The perfect place to rest your head after a beach day. I did not use the shampoo and conditioner, but I appreciate that there was some available in the room. I loved that the chairs on the balcony. They were high enough to look over the railing, to really admire the ocean views.Now for the negatives. I wish there was a shelf in the bathroom. Also make sure to bring a charging brick, because the condo is outdated, so there is nothing to charge any of your device’s. The refrigerator is loud and sometimes it would scare me when it came on.This is a place if you don’t need luxury. If you need a nice clean place, with a friendly staff to enjoy all the offerings of Florida. The location is wonderful. Treasure Island has a nice old-school charm about it. I am looking forward to booking it again next year on my birthday in August.

The room was clean, but there is a lot of areas in the unit that could definitely use some paint, clean up, there is rust in some of the runners of the closet. The baseboards could definitely use some cleaning up. The view was fabulous. The facility as a whole, was great a little updating on the actual unit and the place would be an ultimate stay.

Best beach view. Private balcony and super easy access to beach. Perfect place to decompress for a few days. Extras like chairs in room and to rent if needed was excellent. Well stocked room. Loved this stay!

The host was great with answering all my questions about the property and check in process. We had an amazing time at this property. The bar has great drinks. Justin the bartender at the Tiki Bar made the experience excellent. We will definitely be coming back to this place next year!

Condo was partly ok, partly not, looked like newer flooring and paint, bathroom fan quit, fridge makes a noise often, kitchen cabinets coming off the wall, most electrical runs off of twp power strips, but the view is why you're here, nice chairs on balcony, pool 86, to cold to swim, island girl bar was really good

The room was alright for what it was. The cabinet was falling off the wall with at least an inch gap. The base board to the cabinets under the sink looked like they had water damage or something was eating it away. The countertop around the kitchenette stove top was damaged and cracked. The bathroom fan was coming out of the ceiling. And we had a rain storm and when we went to get into the bed the corner of the bed was soaking wet and there was a hole in the ceiling that was directly above that corner that probably let the water through. It’s way too overpriced of a room to be in this bad of condition. The balcony isn’t private cause the neighbors balcony is right there and they can see right into your balcony. The only good thing about the room is the view was amazing and it has a central location to walk to a bunch of stuff.

The beach view was amazing. Room very clean and perfect for me and my husband's trip. Just like photos. Staff at Island Inn were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area and tiki bar. Just a walk to the beach and also some restaurants. We took the trolley up to the seafood festival. The trolley pick up is just outside building. Loved it here. Would recommend.

Amazing View and Customer Service

We had an amazing time. The view was spectacular watching the sunset every single night was breathtaking. We were even visited by a sea lion up close and personal in the ocean, which was also amazing! There is plenty to do around you and amazing seafood to devour. It was a spectacular stay!

The location of this unit was amazing. There was a pool and a full bar as well. The unit was just like it was described in the listing and we had a blast. The only thing that I would suggest is putting in a shower door to keep the water from getting on the floor outside as we had to use a few towels to dry up after each shower (but the water pressure was great). I would rent this unit again and would recommend to others to rent here!

Great place to stay!

Having a view of the beach was great! And it was close to lots of restaurants and shops! Property was very clean and pleasant, although some extra blankets on hand could be a nice addition!

Beautiful Gulf View Steps From the Beach!

April 24-28 stay

The condo was nice and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It was in close proximity to many amazing restaurants and was everything that we expected it to be. We’d love to come back again.

Small beachfront condo perfect for a couple to relax. A beautiful 4th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the lobby door and you're on the beach. Great location close to many attractions, activities and restaurants.
