The condo is so nice- even nicer than the pictures in my opinion! The facilities are great with a baby/toddler pool right next to a hot tub, and across the way is the larger pool. The beach was so close and John’s pass was a short walk across the bridge. If traveling with little ones, would recommend bringing a nice stroller as there are so many places to go within a mile walk.

Quiet spot by the sea

Nice place right on the beach with a pool and bar if you like. We didn't get a chance to try the cafe. The parking spots can be really confusing to find but the office has a map and will help you out. Everything was great, but check the cooking equipment before use to make sure it's clean.

The location was nice, although in the listing it made it sound like when you walked out the door the beach was going to be right there, and it wasn't. The pools were supposed to be heated, yet the heaters were broke along w the hot tub heaters. Our Tv's never worked the entire time we were there and we contacted owners and they said they would have maintenance come fix and NEVER did. We had our 7 month old and 2 yr old Granddaughters with us along with our 11yr old and at night time wanted to relax and watch tv with yet couldn't. Was not disclosed that we were going to be on 2nd floor. Ok place but probably won't stay there again.

Relax at the beach.

The place was clean and comfortable and the location is great. Has a nice pool, though it gets very crowded. I went beginning of Oct which i though was off season but there were a lot of families with children that apparently took them out of school for the vacation. The building is part hotel and part private owners, so that is a tad strange, but everyone seemed nice, quiet. There is a small cafe on site that is open 8-5 and the food was pretty good. Access to the beach was great. Parking is a bit tricky at first then makes sense. This unit does not look out to the beach, you get a peek off the balcony, but otherwise looking at parking lot and street. There are also a couple of elevators in the building, so that was nice.

It was ok but…..

There were a few things which I did not bother calling on. The sheets in the master had black streaks on them stained by something, I was gonna take a pic but did not bother. The shower in the guest the curtain was way too short that it lets water out while you are showering. What I really was disappointed in was the couch one of the main reasons I picked this unit. The advertisement shows a cream leather with comfortable arm rests nice n plush. What we got is a small hard cloth material couch that was not comfortable at all. The sliding door on one side had no lock. We have stayed at quite a few. We washed and left them clean towels and took out the kitchen trash like they wanted. But we won’t pick this unit again. False advertising on the couch. That is being dishonest and it has showed the wrong couch for months now.I notice cleaning crew only cleans sheets and not the bed cover which to me is gross. Not enough garbage bag supplies we ended up buying more. You open the guest bedroom and next door unit is used for cleaning supplies and janitorial so you had no view of the courtyard the big orange container they had sitting in front of the window smh.

Nice beach condo

Condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The condo was very close to the cafe. The only downside was that pool area was very crowded and small for the amount of people.

Family vacation

The property and location was great! Only minor dislikes were that the pool closed at 10pm and figuring out parking when we first got there was a bit challenging.

Great location!!

Wonderful location and resort. This unit needs a little TLC but all in all a great unit. Loved having a cooler and beach toys in the closet. Good patio furniture and kitchen adequately stocked.

Enjoyable

My friends and I enjoyed this rental very much. We only had one issue that was not tended to, the queen bed frame in the 2nd bedroom was broke. Other than that, it was great.

Loved this location

Very close to John's Pass, about a 10 minute walk. Enjoyed the on site bar, large pool & community box to borrow beach things. Appreciated the 4 beach chairs & towels. Few negatives, we had the wrong remotes for the main bedroom. No cable box or DVD player for which the remotes that were there. We purchased our own Roku remote so we could watch TV at night. Half a roll of tp left in both bathrooms.

Wedding Weekend Sunset Treasure Island

Let me start by saying that the place and the building’s layout design was perfect for our big family. We rented 14 apartments. Ours was 203. It was clean, spacious the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. I thought it was going to be noisy because we went during spring break but you couldn’t hear anyone after 10 pm. Amazing place, beautiful beaches and we were able to have a good night sleep. We will go back without a doubt. The cleaning crew and management staff deserve 10 stars!!! We left behind a significant amount of cash and documents and I was contacted right away and within hours they had secured both. We loved our stay at 203 and we’ll definitely be back!!!

Place was clean. Location was perfect. Trouble getting into the pool the first two days.

We had a problem getting into the pool first two days. We inadvertently spoke to security and found the codes were changed. The place was clean and close to a lot of things.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The tiki bar was a nice bonus. The pools were great. The staff was the best! The bartenders were friendly and fun. The restaurant had amazing breakfast food and the people working there were so welcoming. The beach was one of the best we’ve enjoyed in Florida. Easy to walk on, shallow water to wade in, not too busy with people, great shells and sand dollars. Check in and out was so easy that we thought we must have been missing something. That is just how it should be on vacation! The only flaw was that the floor kept getting condensation even though we were following the a/c guidelines. Could be dangerous for older guests or kids, and made it hard for any beach gear to dry out because it caused the place to stay a bit damp. I would definitely stay here again. Great distance to shops and restaurants!

Convince is key!

Excellent amenities! Perfect location! Beautiful pool area and easy beach access. Tiki bar served excellent drinks! Bike rental available! .6 miles from John’s pass which is excellent for shopping and dining!
