With plenty of parking, you could also bring your boat to enjoy the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, easy ramp access is located just 0.3 miles from the home.

Guests will have access to the entire house minus a locked hall closet


Bedroom 1: King primary room with ensuite bath
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk bed with twin trundle
Bedroom 4: Sofa bed (this is an office with a sofa bed, no closet or dresser)


Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.

POOL HEAT - Pool can be heated for a fee of $35/n for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this amenity.

Cancellation Policy (Vrbo & Direct Bookings Only): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.

Disclosure: There is a security camera located in the backyard. Footage is only viewed/accessed in the event of an incident.
