House is great. Host was very responsive, communicative. Easy check in and check out process. Great house for multiple families. We had 6 adults, 4 kids (7-10 year olds). Lovely back yard for kids to explore/play and adults to relax and still be able to watch kids. We all enjoyed our weekend.

Our stay was outstanding from start to finish. The location was perfect for our golfing trip, just a short drive to Apple Mountain Golf Resort and about an hour scenic drive along Highway 49 through beautiful Gold Country to The Ridge Golf Course in Auburn.The house had ample room for four adults, with space to spare. The decor, beds, and furnishings were all clean, comfortable, and gave the home the ideal modern mountain cabin vibe. The property is nicely updated and included all of the necessary linens, kitchenware, and amenities to make for a very comfortable stay.The fire pit made for a great hangout spot under the trees and stars, and there is even a BBQ on the deck, although we did not use it during this stay.Our host, Christine, was also amazing. Her communication was second to none and made the entire experience seamless.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Placerville or Pollock Pines area.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! Well stocked kitchen. Backyard space was so much fun an cozy for us all to enjoy. The kids loved the play area in the backyard. The whole house was clean and decorated so nicely! We will for sure be staying here again the next time we come up to enjoy Apple Hill area! Thank you Christine!

Perfect VRBO!

We loved staying at this lovely oasis in the middle of the woods. The home is clean with simple decorating that feels elegant, and just what you need to cook and feel right at home. No complaints! We hope to stay again!

Cozy Family Getaway

My family enjoyed our time here. We were able to just sit back, relax, and enjoy some time away from our busy lives. Management was very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. Hosts did an amazing job making everything feel cozy and clean. Love the home decor. I appreciated all of the details.

Beautiful stay in Pollock Pines

The cabin is just as pictured, cozy and inviting, perfectly comfortable for my family. Groceries is just 5 minutes away, Apple Hill 20 minutes and Sly Park just amazing also 5 minutes away. Christine was quick and responsive to any questions we had about the cabin and area. The cabin is very modern, everything digital so just need to be prepared to using your phone to unlock doors and such. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great home for a great price

We were amazed by how clean and well stocked this house was. Everything we could have needed or wanted was there! And the host was super responsive and helpful. The parking can be tricky, but I think the information in the property description does a great job of letting you know what to expect ahead of time. If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be to replace the mattresses on the beds. We all felt that they were not the most comfortable.

Surrounded by towering pine trees, the cabin exudes rustic charm with its cozy ambiance and modern design. Step inside to discover a warm and inviting interior adorned with natural wood finishes and comfortable furnishings. The open-plan living area features a wood burning stove, perfect for cozy evenings. Large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding forest, while the spacious deck beckons you to unwind and breathe in the fresh mountain air. With its serene location and close proximity to outdoor activities, this cabin promises an unforgettable retreat.

The outdoor amenities are my favorite part of this vacation home. You can enjoy lounging on the deck as you take in the lush landscape of the El Dorado Forest, enjoy a nice meal as you bbq. Family and friends can play a game of horsehoes on the regulation grade horsehoepit. Or, at night you can lounge by the outdoor firepit and roast some marshmallows. If you have little kids with you, they can have fun playing in the outdoors on the slackline playground.
